Upper Park Oasis

A truly wonderful location! The perfect balance of modern-day comforts and proximity to the great outdoors. This is a clean, relaxing, and comfortable private suite with a luxurious bathroom and an abundance of nearby activities. The space has its own entrance and outdoor patio complete with a custom waterfall, and is steps from beautiful Wildwood Park located at the edge of both Upper and Lower Bidwell Park, where you can spend time hiking, swimming, biking, or watching a beautiful sunset.

Llama lookout cottage w/a Pool, Hot Tub & Gardens

A healing “Llama treat" retreat. Elegant cottage overlooking a meadow-full of llamas and their babies. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, swim in the large swimming pool, take a walk along a seasonal creek, stroll in the lush gardens or just relax on the green lawn. The cottage has a full kitchen and is very suitable for families with children of all ages. Enjoy the outdoor sitting & dining areas, the hanging hammock and the friendly dogs & cats. Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Little House in the Big Woods

This guest-house cabin is nestled on our family’s 5 acres in the pine forests of the Sierra Nevadas. Only 3hrs from San Francisco, 2hrs from Sacramento, and 20min from Chico, come unplug in this newly remodeled space and enjoy a slice of authentic rural living. Recharge in solitude or get out-and-about to enjoy the countryside. There is nearby hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, & swimming. Also only about an hour drive to beautiful Lake Almanor and the amazing gem of Lassen National Park.

We love our Airbnb suite, and you will too! A bright room and relaxing spa await you on your private floor suite. You will enjoy your beautiful and airy bedroom with connected living and dining area, private bathroom, and small kitchenette. Step out your front door and into the hot tub overlooking a peaceful pond. You will enjoy the peace of Paradise but be only minutes away from Chico and many fun activities. Antique shopping, Fishing, Hiking, Swimming, Water sports, are all close by.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to the freeway to make traveling throughout town a breeze. There are shaded sidewalks throughout the neighborhood—perfect for that daily walk/run, and even Degarmo Park is less than a mile away. You’ll find the space to be affordable, clean, fresh, peaceful, and more. Enjoy a bath, lay back and watch something on the Smart TV, or maybe shut the blinds and rest easy!

One mile from Chico State University and downtown. Also In walking distance to Enloe Medical Center.
