The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was set up for a smooth check-in. The bed was super comfortable, and the living area was spacious and cozy. The location was ideal—walking distance from burnham park. Unit is in fourth floor and doesnt have an elevator so you’ll have to take the stairs if you don’t have a car. Parking spot is the same level as the unit, you can also have the taxi drop you off there instead. I highly recommend this unit for big groups/family. Thank you Ms Shackie and Ms Norma!

Although the host waa not that responsive, we were able to navigate the locale easily because the owners were very accomodating as well as the staff. Only problem was the water it was too scarce, but we understood since there were a lot of people booked over the holidays and were using a lot of water for sure. We loved the local restaurant which was 4km away from the resort. It was great value for what we paid for really enjoyed our stay there, might come back soon!

The place is decent and clean. The neighborhood is peaceful. Mary does her best to make you feel at home even though she lives abroad. She agrees to all requests and she is very kind. Make sure to inform her if you will be using all of the bedrooms so they will prepare it in andvance. Pls note that there is no aircon and wifi.

The hosts were so thoughtful and made us feel right at home and the housekeepers were friendly. We especially loved the game area and the swimming pool—it was such a treat for both fun and relaxation. The pool was pristine, and the game area kept everyone entertained for hours. What made our stay even more special was the catering service they offer! You can order delicious food and have it delivered right to the villa. It’s so convenient, making this place perfect for hosting birthdays, family gatherings, or other special events without any hassle. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. We had a wonderful experience staying in the unit. The host is easy to communicate with. The interior of the rooms is very aesthetic, and Its really homie. We were able to rest and relax. It was our first time traveling to baguio with the whole fam, and it was memorable.
