We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property, it was the perfect holiday retreat for our family. The house was spotless,spacious,and filled with natural light,offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The garden was ideal for kids to play,and we enjoyed many cozy evenings together. Everything we needed was provided and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic,close to local attractions yet quiet enough for restful nights. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. We had such a great time! The airport-to-villa transfer was super easy – they took care of everything, from the van ride to the boat trip. It was hassle-free. They arranged a land tour of Guimaras Island for us, and we loved exploring. The island hopping was definitely the highlight – so much fun! The villa is exactly like the photos – peaceful, with an amazing view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and my daughter loved it. She even said she didn’t want to leave – it really felt like home. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. We could cook our meals, but if we didn’t feel like it, they were happy to prepare food for us. Everything was so comfortable. Oh, and they made my birthday extra special! They surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. so sweet and thoughtful :) The view was our favorite part – surrounded by islands and the sea, it was worth every penny. Thank you sooo much Team La Roca!! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

FANTASTIC! Really cozy and well-equipped stay very close to downtown IloIlo city. Walking distance to 7/11. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and we would definitely stay again

Staying at Debbie and Joey’s place was the best way to end our trip in the Phillipines. If you’re looking to visit the Boracay islands, this is the perfect place to stay — close enough to easily visit Boracay but far enough that you’d be in your own peaceful sanctuary, away from the tourists and all the hustle of the main island. The view was spectacular, the sunsets even better! Joey and Debbie were very helpful. We organised our pick up and drop off to the airport with them and also managed to sort out our laundry. Accept the reviews — Debbie is a great chef! She cooked the best homemade Filipino dinner for us including a ton of vegetarian dishes on request. If you’re staying for multiple days, atleast get one meal a day from Debbie! The room was clean and had a lot of little spaces to relax and enjoy the views. Finally, if you’re a dog lover, get ready to enjoy some time with B1 - he’s adorable and loves the pats and belly rubs.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect! The property is breathtaking—spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The pool and outdoor area were highlights, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. Inside, the villa was equipped with all the amenities we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The Cecilia was an amazing host.And the caretaker Ate Vangie was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect. Very hassle free and they responded right away regarding our concerns. Worth the money because everything was close by! Would surely stay here again ☺️

The location of the BnB is nice as there were so many walkable places, and I could either commute or bike to and from the condo. The view from the balcony during sunset is great and relaxing. Thank you so much for accommodating my stay and I will likely book here in my next trip to Iloilo.

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

We stayed for 3 weeks. Appartment is large and equiped with everything you need. Netflix, tv, wifi, kitchen,... Short walk to supermarket and mall. Many restaurants and bars on other side of the river. You can have walk along riverside or take taxi aprox 60php. Apartment is in quiet area but close to everything. Host were very helpful and I strongly recommend this place.
