"Chez Denise," Just a short distance to the Beach!

Welcome to "Chez Denise" in beautiful Kitty Hawk, NC, the birthplace of modern aviation. Our family offers a charming 2 bedroom townhouse at "Ocean Winds" set in a residential area. Our decor is a little "touch" of Paris in the spring! 0.4 of a mile from a large beach access. You could walk or park there and use the public bathhouse. Within a half mile area: restaurants, places of worship, a convenience store, post office and our favorite tackle shop! New kitchen appliances! UV Airscrubber!

Welcome to Ripple Effect in the beautiful town of Duck, NC. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway including a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs w/ cable & plenty of deck space to enjoy the sunshine. Ripple Effect is just a short walk to a private beach access and about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Duck where there is tons of shopping and restaurants. Community pool (open May 23 to Sept 20 - 9AM to Dusk) & tennis courts are just a 1 min walk away!

Waterfront Stunning Beach Home with Amazing View

Gorgeous, renovated, quiet waterfront townhome with amazing view in Duck NC, outer banks. Enjoy the best of everything- quiet sunsets, soundfront pool, tennis, pickleball & water sports right outside your door. Gorgeous beach just across the street (walk or free easy parking). Walk, bike, kayak or drive to the Duck shops, boardwalk & restaurants (about a mile). Amazing location with access to everything. Beautiful views, adjustable vibrating beds with luxury mattresses, & beach and sound toys!

Newly renovated upstairs of a home on the bike path near Duck. Spacious master bedroom with King bed, en suite bath, walk-in closet. Open concept full kitchen-dining-living room 1200 sq. ft. of space. 1 1/2 blocks to beach! Dogs OK $40 each NO CATS, fenced yard. We offer 2 beautiful completely separate units, this listing is the upstairs space (downstairs apartment for 2-3 guests in separate listing). Walk to the beach, bike to Duck. Only the driveway is shared. Kayak excursions upon request.
