The Boc Suites, Penthouse

The Penthouse Apartment has the best private terrace in the building, meticulously designed with custom interiors, creating a relaxing, zen-like atmosphere to provide a real experience. It has a light-filled one-bedroom with seating area, a spacious living room with high-quality sofa that becomes a comfortable single bed, in addition to a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, custom contemporary furnishings, with a fridge freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a toaster, tableware and kitchenware among others. The apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility. Barbecue is available on request. • Wi-Fi available • Complimentary laundry facilities Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian or an authorised person in charge. Minors between 16 and 18 years of age must bring a signed authorisation from their legal guardian(s). The cleaning team will make a visit every 7 days during your stay. The purpose of this visit is to clean, make sure everything is in good condition and water the plants in the accommodation. This visit is compulsory. The visit will take place in the morning and it is not necessary for you to be present.

Each apartment also offers Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Maximum occupancy per apartment: 5 persons. A baby cot can be provided on request for children under 2 years. For cyclists, there is a secure bike storage room (key available on request).
