Glide up our unique spiral staircase to the King BR loft w/TV & full bath. We have beach chairs/towels/umbrella and cooler in the upstairs closet too! Upstairs balcony w/slight view of the ocean!

This condo is quiet and serene, but also located within walking distance of local eateries, bars and all the entertainment Jacksonville Beach has to offer. Our condo building was built between 1885 - 1893 by Henry Flagler to serve as the servants' quarters for his Ponce de Leon Hotel, now known as Flagler College. We have 1 dedicated parking spot in our lot along with 1 off-street parking space which is very rare.
