Private 2-person hot tub, propane fire table, Weber BBQ, and fast Wi-Fi. A bonus loft with futon and TV makes it a comfortable retreat for two or a cozy setup for three.

Explore the Catskill Region from this conveniently placed 100+ year-old home. In cooler months, go leaf peeping, skiing, snowshoeing, shopping/antiquing, then return home and cozy-up by the fireplace. During the warmer months, enjoy a zip line ride, hiking, mountain biking, or a swim in Kaaterskill Creek, then relax and unwind in our spacious sunroom. Hunter Ski Resort is 15 minutes away, Wyndham Ski Resort is 30 minutes away, and several NY state park trailheads are steps from the front door.

The Cabin is set back, secluded, unbelievably cozy and wonderfully romantic. It's a place to reconnect and recharge, to listen to the river and hear the wind through the trees and indulge in slow lunches and long walks and truly marvel at the Catskills. There's hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, mountain fresh air and dark, starry nights. This is a house, and you can treat it as such. But if you let go, and give in to the energy of a space created with love, this will feel like home.

Warm in winter and cool in the summer, enjoy the Solo fire ring on the deck, gas grill, La Colombe coffee, and hammock. The cabin is two hours north of NYC, with a refrigerator, Wifi, propane, furnace, and wood stove. Woodstock, Kingston, the Hudson River and hiking trails 15 min away.

The 30’ yurt on the southeast edge of the Catskills, has served as an art studio, retaining a calm feeling of relaxation and creative energy. The circular space is simple and comfortable. Large windows and private deck look out onto a gentle incline leading to a scenic pond. You may be awakened by songbirds, the sighting of a heron, hummingbird, or deer. The sounds of peepers or gulping frogs and general sounds of nature at night begin as the sun sets over the mountain. Enjoy!

Welcome to our 1920's Craftsman Cottage, nestled in the friendly hamlet of Palenville. This fully furnished house is currently located close to the historic Kaaterskill Falls, Hunter Mtn skiing and hiking. The local swimming hole is within walking distance. Hop in your car for the short drive to Catskill, Hudson, Woodstock, or Saugerties. This area will keep you coming back time and time again. Located less than 2 hours from NYC and just 15 min Exit 20 of the NYS Thruway.

Cozy Treehouse in Catskill Mountains.

The treehouse resides on the locally famous Fernwood property. Our family ran a restaurant here since the 1970's. We no longer operate the restaurant, but the property is gorgeous. The treehouse is at the end of a road with a private swimming hole. Right out of the treehouse is the entrance to the famous long trail, plenty of hiking here. Also in town is the entrance to The Catskill Wild Forest. Hiking into Kaaterskill Falls is one of the main attractions here in town.
