Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Charming Renaissance Apartment at train station

The guests have access to the whole apartment, including one big master bedroom, two large bathrooms, a big living room with a kitchen area and an open terrace. The neighborhood and the area where is located the property is very livable and at the same time safe. It is also very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella of Florence and that's why it is common that our guests approach the apartment using the train service.

Casa al Poggio is a typical country house of Chianti area is spread in 145 square meters on two floors, the ground floor is a large living area, with kitchen and sofa ,fireplace ,up stairs there is 2 large double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the middle open room , always setable as 2 singles or a double bed bed and a relaxing bathroom with shower and bath with Chianti view.
