This a cozy wooden house located on the edge of nature reserve in South Estonia. Amazing forests all around! The house has been renovated by ourselves, has a terrace, private garden area and a sauna. Bedroom is in the attic and downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, livingroom with fireplace, TV and a sofabed. Also a modern sauna, shower room and toilet. This property and the garden area surrounding the house is for your private use. There is another house on the property that we sometimes use.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. Marta's Green House is approximately 100 years old house in a quiet and unique wooden houses district of Tartu called Karlova. The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.
