We had some family out from the UK and went for this property for the view and spa. We were absolutely blown away by the view and the house. Beautiful decor and great kitchen equipment. Not the cheapest place but worth spoiling yourself for. Paihia is a great little spot with plenty to do.

This home is awesome, so close to everything and has everything you need. Unfortunately, the pool heating wasn't playing ball but we were able to take advantage of the spa.

We can’t wait to come back here. We were four couples, two young children. The house and facilities gave everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. It’s a great space with plenty to do.

A harbour-side view is a great get away perfect — peaceful water views, the sound of boats rocking and bush walks .

This house is beautifully situated right on the water - at high tide the water reaches the wall. The house is beautifully decorated and feels very homey. With a log fire, a separate granny flat and 3 other good sized bedrooms, we loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place to stay and relax for a couple of nights. The house is super clean and spacious. Has everything you need and more. Super cosy and also private. Nikki and Chris were super responsive and very accommodating. We had a great stay here and couldn't recommend it enough :)

Stunning week away over Easter. We arrived a few hours after a cyclone, which meant no power and water. Anneke was great with all communication about the situation. We chose to stay hoping the power would be back on soon. The next day it was. Meanwhile, Anneke bought us wine and coffee and then arranged a generator so we could shower and charge phones etc. Then we had six glorious days of sunshine with the odd shower. We love walking, so explored all the local walks in the booklets and info guide. Every afternoon we relaxed on the deck just watching the ocean and boats. We ended our days with an outdoor bath, which was Devine. Anneke was a wonderful host. A true legend. The Bach was beautiful, clean, new and private. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly loved our stay at this luxurious villa. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for that something special! Joe and Robert were very welcoming and gave us some good local tips for the area.

We had the best stay. My kids loved the pool and spa . Fay's place has everything you need Even came and checked the pool for us . I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are looking for some peace and quiet from city life.

Beautiful, peaceful location. House was spotless and had everything you needed. Multiple outside zones to enjoy the nature and water views. Super private and only a 7 min drive to the heart of Russell.

We are delighted with our holiday at Terry’s beautiful home. An incredible view in a position that must be classed as a national treasure! The house is excellent in every way. Super design, spacious rooms highly comfortable beds, a lovely spa pool, highly equipped kitchen and many other great features - all that one can possibly need.
