This renovated historic carriage house is 2 blocks from Harrisonburg’s vibrant downtown. The space is light and airy with gabled ceilings and sky-lights that open. It is located on a leafy residential back-alley, with private entrance and off-street parking. JMU’s bluestone campus is a 10 minute walk away. We’ve set-up this space for a range of guests: from JMU parents visiting their children to people traveling for business who are seeking a more textured experience with home comforts.

This peaceful cottage has a rustic, yet modern feel to it. It is set on the edge of a wooded area with plenty of wildlife to enjoy, near Massanutten Resort. Enjoy the ambiance of the small electric fireplace, well-equipped kitchenette and dining area, or the front porch swing. The bathroom features an old-fashioned claw foot tub, fitted with a shower head. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider and a basket of snacks with your stay. Located within minutes of everything, we are also close to Civil War museums/Historic sites, natural caverns and caves, etc. I may even bake for you, if you’re lucky!!

Noná’s Nest

Noná’s Nest is a quaint one bedroom, one bathroom carriage house (located above our detached garage), tucked into the peaceful Shenandoah Valley. Centrally located 9.5 miles to the Swift Run Gap entrance of Shenandoah National Park, 12 miles to Massanutten Resort, and 22 miles to Harrisonburg. Enjoy the tranquil country setting and beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain and Massanutten Mountain views from the second story deck. Owners live adjacent to carriage house.

Enjoy the solace and beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains with modern and local comforts. Retreat and explore on this old 100acre farm- via foot- or float on the tiny pond in a kayak or SUP. Or venture out to Shenandoah National Park, the local coffee shops, eateries, wineries, and breweries. Whatever you choose the bunkhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.

Newly renovated detached studio guest-suite located in the beautiful Shenandoah County with country feels and easy access to I81. It features a butcher block bar for eating/working, a queen size bed, tv with Netflix along with Chromecast so you can cast your favorite shows from your phone/laptop, and during the summer you'll have the quietest and smart ac unit on the market. It has a shared driveway with the host's primary residence.
