Knypersley Mill Barn is a self-contained first floor apartment reached via exterior staircase situated above the swimming pool, steam room, shower room and changing room for sole use to you. An open plan sitting/dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, twin bedroom and a bathroom which consists of jacuzzi bath and large separate shower. There is a fabulous log fire for cosy evenings in relaxing after the beautiful walks and sights that Staffordshire Moorlands and the Peak District have to offer.

Our "annex" sits in perfect solitude behind our garage. surrounded by only farming fields with no neighbours the flat gives peace and quiet to all who stay. Both the bedroom and shower wet room have large windows to make the most of the beautiful view into the woodlands and further afield. there is a small space outside with a bench to sit and watch the sun set over the field. you are welcome to bring a BBQ with you to enjoy the view with outside cooking! Please note there is no TV in the space

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.
