This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. No need to leave the house for anything except food. We use DoorDash, after the first night there because there were plenty of amenities right there. The very impressive kitchen has all cooking utensils and appliances needed. The theater is nicely decorated with a popcorn machine which gives the full movie experience. The pool table and air hockey were so much fun. The Pack-Man game was already a blast, then to find out it has a ton of arcade games on the system made it even better. The meditation room was a highlight of our stay. You'll get relaxed as soon as you approach the doorway. The gym was yet another amenity that we were impressed by. You get a pretty good workout while reading the motivational quotes on the wall. We used the grill that's conveniently on the patio at the entrance. This was my husband's first Airbnb experience so it set the bar high. The hot tub was great with privacy. I'll try the beautiful pool next time.

I enjoyed my stay here while attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency. It was quiet, clean, and convenient. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Wow I cannot say enough about Jeanne's place, it met our needs for lots of sleeping spaces, lots of seating spaces for individual chats among our family group, but still intimate enough that all of us could be engaged at the same time. The layout of the property was top notch, well thought out, beautiful use of architecture and nautical/shipbuilding materials and theme flowing throughout. The views from inside the house overlooking the creek were amazing, everyone loved the loft room with the window, and the waterfront wildlife was nonstop from arrival. Everything was well stocked and super clean, and it was easy to get in and out of the house. Great area, great place to getaway and recharge. LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS PLACE. Would not think twice if I needed to stay here again. Definitely!

The condo is as beautiful as the pictures showed. Great location to walk to all the attractions. Wonderful to have your own parking space in the underground garage. We never needed to use the car during our 3 nights stay. Megan is a great host.

Exquisite. Right in the heart of town. Across the street from the backyards of captains row at naval academy. Amongst many historic properties open to visitors. The bed was like a super high end hotel. We LOVED this house and Annapolis. Thank you!

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

Great place within walking distance of AYC Sailing Centre and downtown. Great pizza place across the street!

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

We really enjoyed staying at Kwan Ho’s house! Wonderful amenities- fully stocked kitchen, laundry and bathroom! 3 bedrooms with cozy beds! We felt right at home- looks just like the photos! Great location, right outside of Annapolis, a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed in many airbnbs and this is by far the best taken care of and most thoughtfully appointed. We love sitting on the porch and walking everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and all towels and other linens were in great condition. Would stay again without hesitation.

We had a very comfortable stay. The house was spacious, clean, and convenient to BWI, grocery stores, and I-97. It was a really good value in an expensive area. We want to stay here when we’re back in the area.

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

We had the pleasure of staying here during the winter while we looked for a place to live. It was perfect! Quiet and peaceful yet super close to all restaurants and stores. We had some snowfall and the views were stunning! Once it warmed up we even got to see some wild life in the woods behind us. Lovely huge porch! Lots of space in garden escape. Can bring the entire family and more!!! Nice big driveway for easy turned around. Patrick was beyond responsive for all my questions.Whether is was just informing be as something as simple as an Internet outage in the area or we had one situation with an unsure smell. Patrick acted immediately on the problem and it was resolved within 2 hours from start to finish. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent service. The house is very comfortable, spacious, there are all the utensils for cooking. Everything is very clean. Quiet area without noise. We are truly delighted. We are grateful. We felt at home.

We are returning visitors to Annapolis but not stayed Eastport side before. Lovely neighbourhood. We really loved Scott’s place, exactly as described and we felt right at home. Scott was very responsive when we needed to ask anything. We cannot wait to visit again and will definitely look to repeat book.

Having stayed at this property before, the most as usual was great and very responsive and respectful to our needs. The host was very warm and accommodating to our last minute changes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kelly in her lovely, spotlessly clean Condo. Everything you need to make your stay a memorable one is on hand. Check in was a breeze, Kelly is supper friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Great location for easy downtown access and lots of shops an restaurants close by. We hope to return.

Excellent property, location, condition and price. The owner thought of everything you would need. The condo was clean and spacious. The view was spectacular, a perfect spot to view the sunrise off the bay. The host was responsive, kind and thoughtful. My grandsons enjoyed the water view and it was calming for them. Would recommend for a group of 3-4 people! Beautiful location, and central to downtown but still far away enough that you can enjoy some quiet time and privacy. Excellent restaurants and so much to do/see. Would stay here again. It has everything you need for the night while you’re out and about during the day.
