I tillegg er det en romslig hems med soveplass og 1 soverom. Soveplass til 8 totalt. Det er badstuhus, jaccuzzi (gebyr på 1000 NOK), grillhytte, bålpanne, trampoline sommertid, fiber, smart-tv, parkering mm. Gode turmuligheter sommer og vinter, både på ski og til fots. Har 4 sett truger og staver som kan leies! Gratis parkering til to biler ved leiligheten. Vi har små barn og en hund, så støy kan forekomme da vi bor i de øverste etasjene i eneboligen.

Hytta ligger i Signaldalen ca. 110 kilometer fra Tromsø by. Ligger ved signadalselva, som er omgitt av høye fjell og mektig natur. Det er kort veg til høyfjellet for ski/toppturer/fotturer/jakt og nordlysopplevelser. Der er også scooterløype på vinterstid. Hytta har strøm, innlagt vann og badstu. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert Det finnes et godt utstyrt kjøkken med bl.a. komfyr, micro, brødrister og vannkoker. Nærmeste butikk (Hatteng) samt en grillbar ligger 6 km fra hytta .

Rolig og idyllisk småbruk med geiter og høns. Fint turterreng nært gården, og enkelt utgangspunkt for å utforske Senja. Mulig å leie naust med grillplass. The area is perfect for outdoor activities like hiking, fishing and boat trips. The hut is small, cosy and minimalistic. Just outside the door there is benches, tabels and a barbeque/campfire spot.
