Te Tiro Cottage Two & Glowworms

We have two beautiful “Pioneer-style” cottages nestled in amongst the stunning Waitomo landscape. Enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the central North Island and mountains in our two self-contained, pioneer-style cottages (sleep 4 persons). - Cottage set-up to sleep 4 people - 2 Adults and 2 children - 2 Couple (Cozy) The price is for a up to 4 guests. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We are a 15-20 minute drive past the Waitomo Village so it pays to eat before you come up or bring supplies with you. There is a two element cook top and a microwave. The cottage is one room with a queen bed down and a small loft above that has two single mattresses in it. Cosy but cute. Each cottage has its own bathroom about 8 steps from the cottage. We would love you to come and share our little piece of paradise. The accommodation is nestled within a bush setting on top of a hill where you can see out over the whole central north Island. You even have your own grotto only meters from your door where you can sit quietly surrounded by a galaxy of Glow-worms. Enjoy the starry nights and peace and quiet of the country. You are more them welcome to wander around the farmland and enjoy the fantastic views, check out the Dab Chick Pond and beautiful native bush. Amazing views/Glowworms/Native bush/Caves/Black Water Rafting. If we are not going to be home there is still family around to help out if needed. Check in is from 3pm/ check out at 10am.

30 sq metres. Peaceful country setting amongst farmland lovely outlook. Semi self contained unit separate from main house with fridge and microwave. King bed can be separated into 2 singles. Cooked or continental breakfast on request served in your room. 4kms from Te Awamutu town where there is a great selection of restaurants. We are 45 mins to Waitomo caves, 30 mins to Sanctary mountain, 15 mins Pirongia mountain. 1 hour to Rotorua, 45 mins to Hobitton movie set. 30mins Hamilton airport.

Self Contained Guest Unit in Townhouse

Very Central to do day trips to Rotorua, Taupo, Waitomo caves, Hobbiton. Tauranga . great views, awesome heat pump in the winter months and cool in the summer months, swimming pool and a very quiet neighbourhood. 10 minutes walk to town and 10 min drive to Golf course 15 minutes to Hamilton Airport 20 minutes to Mystery Creek (Field Days) 40 minutes to Waitomo Caves and the Hobbiton. 45 minutes to Raglan 1 hour to Rotorua 1 hour 15 minutes to Taupo 1 hour 30 minutes to Mount Maunganui

The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Nestled at the foot of the Hakarimata range, the cabin is completely private and separate from the hosts residence. It is the perfect retreat, a place to break up your journey or as a base for the many tourist, cycling or walking activities the Waikato has to offer. The cabin has a queen-sized bed with ensuite. Raz and Louise’s b&b

We are situated only 200m from the Main Street of otorohanga and an easy 15min drive to the popular Waitomo caves. Accommodation is a single room situated approximately 15m from main house with a parking area right by unit and offers everything you will need for a comfortable nights stay. Continental breakfast is provided. Also available if required we have a pull out single bed which would be more suited for a child.
