Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Year round home located on a unique lakeside country setting with a newly renovated bathroom. Over 2 acres of outside green space offering a park like experience to enjoy many recreational activities * please note this space is shared with family and another guest house. There is plenty of area for all to enjoy including 900 feet of lake frontage with a creek running though the property. Enjoy a campfire lakeside at a dedicated private fire pit. Amber Inn is within walking distance.

Enjoy our forest in cabin w/queen bed near creek w/electricity, lights, portable heater, hammock, picnic table, fire pit w/grill, BBQ& chairs. A short walk uphill 2 outdoor hot water on demand private shower & porta potty. Well water from sink & spiquot. No firewood can come in b/c of invasive species so we sell bundles on porch. Park next to cabin. Near Ithaca, Watkins Glen, State Parks- Treman, Buttermilk, Taughannock & Watkins Glen & 60 wineries/breweries around Lakes Seneca & Cayuga.

Ithaca Music-lovers Barn

The barn is a cozy and unique space, situated on 27 acres of meadow and forest with a pond for swimming, fishing, and ice skating, depending on the season. There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.
