Der Ossiachersee ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.Im Winter befindet man sich mitten im Schigebiet Gerlitzen. Der Sessellift der Wörtherseeabfahrt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Schitouren oder Schneeschuhwanderungen entlang der beschneiten Schipisten oder im Wald werden gerne unternommen.

Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.
