Parking lot is on the South side. Our unit doesn’t have a balcony. We are N Daytona Beach, almost Ormond Beach.

Near by is fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Studio faces the ocean. This is a direct ocean front studio. Indoor & outdoor north pool are currently open. Sauna and gym are open. We have beach access to the north side of the building via the public access ramp. Temp parking is next door, south side behind white fence.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach home.-, roomy, spacious condo, small complex, 3 condos per floor--Living room and master bedroom have direct ocean balcony view to the east, north and south towards ocean and beach. Beach is beautiful for swimming, surfing, relaxing, fishing and other water activities. There is endless walking opportunity to north and south. There is some daytime car driving on the beach, but it is regulated and not a problem.
