Historic Folsom Guesthouse

"The Pig on Fig" is walking distance to Sutter Street and Lake Natoma! Adorable guesthouse is just one block from the best restaurants, shops, bars, entertainment and recreation in Historic Folsom. The home is a detached guesthouse to our main home, and best suited for 1 adult or a couple but can accommodate an extra person on the extendable sofa (see photos). If you have more than 2 people, there is a small added fee. No pets, please. NO SMOKING. See profile for additional listings in the area.

Mid-Century Modern cave

This cozy stylish home is perfect for your getaway! with an open concept, 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Great alternative for those who have a small group and don't want to pay Hotel prices. A smaller price, and much more to offer! Smart TVs in every room. Board games for your entertainment. Comfy beds and a futon. A small backyard to with outdoor cooking. There is a cave door separating the living/kitchen area and bedroom. So if you are taller than 5' 4", you will have to duck :).

Flower Bed Cottage. A private garden paradise.

PEACE, COMFORT and BEAUTY. You feel peace as you drive up the hill, with a view of Folsom Lake (13 min) and Sacramento (38 min). Yet the happy hubbub of Auburn is only 9 minutes away. Arriving, you enter your peaceful private garden. Inside, true comfort awaits: nourishing sleep, creative cooking, luscious lounging (see amenities). Once settled, relaxing with wine glass in hand, you notice the beauty: the huge oak, hummingbirds, crimson-capped woodpeckers. And then you say, “Aahh, peace.”

Being near endless outdoor adventures rafting, hiking, fishing, boating Etc. This property is an outdoorsmen or nature lover's paradise! Welcome to our Little Red Barn in rural Loomis. We love this area because we are surrounded by hundreds of destinations worth exploring. Whether you're interested in CA history, white water rafting, lazy lake days, skiing in Tahoe, farm to fork, or fine dining, then our Little Red Barn is a perfect jumping off location. Our barn features a completely remodeled guest suite located on the second floor. The suite has a private entrance and deck overlooking our but growing mini farm.

Cozy and Peaceful

Our space is best for single occupant only as it shares a wall with our home. There is an extra guest fee of $40 per night. Enjoy your own space, bedroom (king bed), bathroom and kitchenette with private entrance and private patio. Please note heat/air is controlled by main house. Host on site, keurig coffee, cable tv. 15 Min. from historic Folsom, 24 Min. from Golden One Center, 24 Min. from Old Town Auburn. Please see "other details to note" for more information.

Cozy Tiny House in the Sierra Foothills

This hosted rental is the perfect little getaway in the country. It is located on a mini farm complete with goats, chickens, dogs and a huge garden that you will have access to and is close to ALL the outdoor activities you can think of including hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, hunting and more. We are minutes from world famous trails, 10 minutes from the river, and an hour from the ski slopes. There is just so much to do right outside of our doors!

The Crooked Inn

The Crooked Inn is truly a gem located right between walking distance to both the Auburn State Rec Area and Downtown Auburn. All the benefits of a house, with all the conveniences of a hotel. Owned and operated by me, a local Auburn resident, it's easy to feel at home while on the road. From an extensively stocked kitchen, oversized towels down to night lights so that you can find your way to that midnight snack without stubbing a toe.
