Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

Beautiful home that is about 15min from Manchester, which is wonderful to walk around (shops, restaurants). The home is secluded on a nice piece of property in the woods. It was a charming getaway with a wood-burning fireplace and great amenities (games, dart board, hot tub, etc). Highly recommend!

Celio's place is a standout for the area with stunning updates in a uniquely quite spot. Beautiful and clean just like the pictures. Proactive and available communicator we new what to expect and felt comfortable with the checkin to check out. Highly reccomend.

Good location -- within 10 minutes of everything we were there for (town, skiing). The hot tub was excellent. Well-stocked kitchen, linens and the place was very clean!

Nilsa’s home was nothing short of amazing! Us siblings came up from Georgia, Florida and Washington to spend the weekend with our mom and dad before the crazy Christmas chaos. My friend and I had a lovely two-night stay at Julie's place. The house is the perfect retreat—peaceful, cozy, and beautifully located. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the wood-burning stove and long, leisurely breakfasts on the porch while listening to the river. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality pillows and bedding—we both slept so well! I would definitely love to come back someday with my husband to enjoy the peace and quiet, as well as everything else the Berkshires has to offer. Place was great! Less than 10 minutes to Mount Snow. We had fun playing ping-pong, air hokey, pool, and darts! Relaxed by the wood burning stove. Lots of rooms and beds.

Dangerously cozy. Quiet at night, but not so secluded that it felt eerie. The cottage itself is stocked with every miscellaneous item you might forget—toothbrushes, soap, cooking spray, local maps, scissors, etc., and was clearly well-cared for and, beyond that, loved. We indulged in a game of Scrabble on a board from 1976: this isn’t any sort of apartment set. People have clearly lived here. Dave was accommodating and understanding when I made my first booking on AirBnb with him, requesting more information about my trip and myself without making me feel like I was under investigation. House is just perfect. Highly recommend booking with Dave.

I chose to stay at Donna's a second stay because I appreciate the quiet neighborhood and very, clean comfortable home. Communication with Donna is easy and friendly.

The place is a large upstairs apartment built into a single family home with a business on the first floor. Very Chester. Comfortable and warm. Everything was and felt clean, no worries there.

This was our second stay at Brianna’s place and it was great! Such a cozy space with great amenities. Would book again in a heartbeat!

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

I own a cleaning business, so I’m picky. The place was immaculate. Many extras, so if you forgot a toiletry, chances are Susan has provided it. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower. 2 tv’s, small fridge and a toaster oven. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin and views were absolutely beautiful. The place was easy to find, check in was easy, and Eugene was super responsive! Overall it was an amazing stay

My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!

The Christmas Tree Farm is perfect getaway for a young family! The house is private & looks just like the photos! The Vermont scenery is peaceful & beautiful!

Perfect for a winter getaway! The cabin was so cozy and comfortable, and the location is beautiful and remote. The hot tub was a huge plus and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive

This place was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. On the chilly fall weekend the wood stove and sauna were much enjoyed. We hope to return!

Jack and Donna's cabin was exactly as described. We loved our stay, so peaceful and quiet. Their rustic cabin has everything that we needed to enjoy a quick get away, beautiful surroundings and a warm fire for the chilly nights. Even though the cabin is off-the-grid, the lights (both solar and gas) were more than enough to provide light to read a good book and play some board games. The kitchen is well appointed with pots and pans, dishes, and cooking utensils. We very much look forward to returning to this lovely place and exploring more of the area!

What an awesome spot! We will most definitely be back and stay longer next time. Can’t say enough how accommodating and welcoming Michele and Mike were. We enjoy riding the atv trails in the area and this location is perfect for that. You can ride to the trails from the cabin. The river is awesome, can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy it more ! Very clean and cozy.
