Excellent location as everything I needed was a short drive. Was there for a High School Bass tournament and had no issues parking the boat. Electrical outlet is easily accessible for charging purposes. Six minutes to the Dayton boat ramp which is awesome. Neighborhood feels secure.

Great French doors to enjoy the lovely shaded family yard. A very well-appointed basement apartment. Very comfy bed. All the pillows and linens you'll need. Friendly nice non-barking dog. Super friendly sweet cat who escorts you to your door and back to your car. Our 5 year granddaughter said, " I'm going to miss that cat"

Great stay, quiet. Perfect for what I needed

This was one of the top Air B&B's I've stayed in, and I've stayed in A LOT as I travel weekly for work. The apartment is Super Clean and since it's above a detached garage, it's very private, no need to worry about noisy neighbor's footsteps. My husband and I loved having separate bathrooms, and I really enjoyed sitting on the patio and having coffee or dinner. They've really thought of everything when building and stocking the place and it's very homey, with all the things you could need even for a multi-week stay. It's walking distance from lots of Southside restaurants (highly rec Adelle's, Celo Coffee, and the Local Juicery) and only a few minutes drive from downtown, or from Ruby Falls. Chris was a great host and we would be happy to return next time we visit Chattanooga. Thanks for a great trip!

I highly recommend staying at this little gem. The surroundings are very peaceful and the duplex is a new construction so everything is in fabulous shape inside. It is definitely one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in!! The kitchen is awesome! It has so much space and is furnished with some very nice appliances. The laundry room is a very nice bonus! Lisi and Alan are amazing hosts! They are sweet, responsive, and extremely accommodating. Overall, a great Airbnb experience!!

We had a great time staying here- the place was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location to walk for coffee/food/drinks. Great communication from the host during our stay as well. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Chattanooga.

We have stayed in dozens of AirBnbs/VRBOS- it is our preferred option when we travel. If you read the other reviews, several comment as this is the best one they have ever stayed in. I must agree, the place is amazingly clean (My wife's #1 priority), well decorated and comfortable Feels like you are staying with a family member who has made sure you have everything you need. Place was easy to find, you have an assigned spot in their driveway...our dog did not travel with us this time, but she would be right at home as they have a private dog yard set up in the backyard. Very private and we met both Donna and Jay who are incredibly friendly hosts. Neighborhood is quiet. We will likely stay here again for sure due to location and family we have in the area. There are several steps leading to the private entrance which could be an issue with mobility problems, but my wife is recently post knee surgery and navigated with slow ease.

We needed a nice but close by place to stay for a wedding occurring at The Barn at Faith Farms. This place was perfect! Not too far away, very clean and new looking! It worked out great for us and another couple!

This Home Away from Home was just that for us. Cynthia has a special touch of hospitality that is reflected in how she cultivated this home to feel comfortable and welcoming. She has thought of all the things you never pack and don’t think you’ll need until you do😉. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood where you can sit on the porch and watch the neighbors birds, yet downtown is an easy few blocks away in the car with lots of access to restaurants and coffee shops. Beds are comfortable and the home was spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend!

Diana’s place was exactly as advertised. Close to restaurants and shopping. The area is safe and extremely quiet. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Chattanooga

This place was so nice , relaxing and just a breath of fresh air. Felt just like home . Jennifer was such a great host . She sent us pictures of how to get to the parking since she knew we were getting in so late and after dark. Beds were comfortable and my husband and I had so much fun relaxing after our sons baseball tournament. We will for sure be back next year!!!

This place was so refreshing! Right outside of the city, tucked away, gorgeous views of the mountain, loved how roomy the space was; everything I needed was accounted for. I came solo after my guests couldn’t fly out but I could see it being the perfect spot for families/groups. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks for such a great stay! Will definitely be back!
