We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

la casa è molto bella e accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Tommaso ci ha fatto sentire come a casa ed è stato premuroso facendoci trovare caffè e biscotti per la colazione e le ciotole per il nostro peloso. Altamente consigliato

Un tuffo nel passato nella dimora di Marco, casa deliziosa ben arredata con gusto retrò, ampio giardino e posizione super! Marco molto disponibile e sempre attento a rispettare le richieste! Ve lo consiglio

La maison est parfaite et l’environnement de Cascina est paisible et magnifique. Nous avons adoré découvrir cet endroit, Loredana et sa famille qui sont des hôtes attentifs et accueillants. À proximité, une excellente pizzeria (AsterX).

Absolutely amazing property and the hosts are even better!! I will be back again. Wonderful recommendations, especially for a balsamic tasting (with wine) - that was the best. Podere Ferretti is a home away from home. Very clean farm house with a well appointed & functional kitchen equipped with all the necessities. The spacious bedrooms feel cosy & warm - each of the 4 bedrooms has a smart TV. The toilets have bideta installed. Alberto is a gracious, friendly & accomodating host. There is a gazebo in the garden which is perfect for bbq. There were sage, mint, rosemary planted in the garden which we could help ourselves to. An old fig tree added to the garden's charm. Definitely will come back here again given the chance too. Really recommended! Thanks so much Alberto!

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Dix jours exceptionnels par le lieu romantique et apaisant. Environnement favorisant les balades. Maria Teresa nous a accueilli avec chaleur, une disponibilité sans faille. Elle aime sa région et sait le partager. C'est une magnifique rencontre et envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner vont aussi nous manquer 🥰

Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies in mitten der Natur. Für die Hunde war es ein Traum, sie konnten sich den ganzen Tag frei bewegen. Denen hat es mindestens genauso gefallen wie uns 😍 Das gesamte Haus & garten sind makellos gepflegt. Die Einrichtung auch absolut ausreichend und heimelig. Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Lara ist auch eine super nette Gastgeberin. Die Antwort kam immer prompt und sie war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns alles möglich gemacht. Danke dafür ! 5/5 Sterne für sie ! Wir kommen gerne und bestimmt wieder ☺️

From the opening of the gates & the warm welcome from Suran we knew this place was going to be special. As you open each door every room has a wow factor, but then you go onto the terrace and have a 360 degree view which can only be described as meravigilioso. It really is peaceful and beautiful. We was a family of 8 & the villa catered for our every need & more. The interior is tastefully decorated yet feels like home. The swimming pool was an added bonus and set in beautiful grounds. Federico was always communicative and available. His recommendations of wineries and restaurants were well received. It may be difficult to leave the villa but the local area is great to explore either by car bike or walking. There is only one negative.......you will have to prepare your heart to leave! sistemazione a dir poco eccellente: appartamento tanto elegante quanto confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario anzi molto di più (apprezzatissimo tutto il kit per la prima colazione), comodissimo il parcheggio a pochi metri dall'ingresso. zona molto tranquilla, sicura e a pochi chilometri dalla città di Modena e dall'autostrada. host e cohost molto disponibili e cortesi per ogni esigenza. rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. sistemazione quindi sicuramente da consigliare.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nell' appartamento di Cristina, ci siamo trovati molto molto bene, appartamento ben gestito, Host molto disponibile. Era come se fossimo a casa nostra, solo che più pulita ahahahah. Inoltre ci ha fatto trovare anche cibo e bevande in più nel frigo consumabili. Consigliatissimo!

Our one night stay at Marianna’s was wonderful. We found her place to be quite cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. Parking was ideal as you park inside a gated area. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, but that just gives us an excuse to come back!

È la seconda volta che soggiorno da Ivano di conseguenza non ho molto da aggiungere a parte che tornerò sicuramente anche una terza volta, se cercate qualche giorno di relax questo è il posto perfetto.

Ho trascorso un paio di giorni in una torre medievale che sembra uscita da un sogno antico, o forse da un’altra vita. Nessuna luce elettrica, nessun riscaldamento: solo pietra, legno, silenzio e il tempo che rallenta. È un’esperienza che chiede di spogliarsi del superfluo, di tornare a sentire il proprio respiro, il vento tra le fessure, la voce del fuoco. Ogni angolo di questa torre parla di storie passate, ma non è un museo: è viva, ti accoglie con la sua ruvida autenticità e ti costringe a guardarti dentro. Nessuna distrazione, solo l’essenziale. È un luogo perfetto per chi ha bisogno di staccare davvero e ritrovare un contatto profondo con sé stesso. Se senti il richiamo, sai già che devi andarci.

La posizione della casa offre una vista spettacolare sulle colline, sul castello e la torre di Rossena. Isolina è molto accogliente, ti fa sentire a casa ed offre una colazione generosa sul terrazzo (i migliori pancakes homemade mai mangiati). La casa è fresca e pulita, il bagno ha una doccia matrimoniale moderna e la cucina offre tutto il necessario (incluso olio, sale, ecc). Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e torneremo sicuramente!

Martina hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, wir fühlten uns sofort wie Zuhause. Dieses AirBnB ist eine wahre Perle.
