Mini Apartment in the Heart of the Old Town

Cute and charming little studio apartment in the heart of Alghero. This nice and small suite counts 1 bedroom with king size beds, 1 bathroom (shower, bidet, wc and lavabo), air-conditioning and cooking corner (with sink, fridge and portable induction hob), together with many more amenities in a very cool and warm interior ambiance. The apartment is located at the 1st floor, NO ELEVATOR. In such an atmosphere, our hosts are brought to live a pleasant stay. THE CLEANING FEE ARE FREE:)

SUITE IL TEATRO is located in the historic center of Alghero along the Rivera del Corallo, in Sardinia. It is located on the second and last floor of a small building. It was recently renovated maintaining the characteristic exposed stone, tuff, a construction material that enhances the historicity of the place. It is developed on two levels: a large open space with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms and a reading and working corner. It is perfect for a family or two couples.

New bright apartment with large terrace for lunch and dinner outside, two bedrooms, kitchen and living room with every comfort, bathroom with shower, balcony with closet and washing machine. Brand new furniture, complete with sheets, towels, pots and pans,wi-fi as well. 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Alghero, 20 minutes from Porto Torres, 10 minutes from the airport. Served by supermarkets, shops, restaurants, ideal for a beach holiday without giving up tranquility!

Beaches 10 minutes walk (Codice IUN Q0352)

By choosing this place you will be close to the most fascinating beaches of Alghero at 5/10 minutes walk. The old town is at 30/40 minutes by walk and 5/10 minutes by car or public transport. These beaches, with their high dunes of white sand and almost transparent water (Baia dei Venti, Maria Pia, La Conchiglia), are unique in Alghero for having a Pine tree forest that separates them from streets and traffic and which provides a nice shade from the heat of the sun.

Lilium Holiday House on the Beach. The Only One!

Villa Lilium welcomes you like a hug where you feel "at home".
