Sea-view apartment with pool and private terrace

A very cosy and bright apartment in the heart of Prčanj, a picturesque village of the UNESCO Heritage Site Bay of Kotor. The apartment offers a panoramic view of the bay (This is just, WOW!) and a spacious private terrace allows you to enjoy the moment. There is a shared swimming pool at your disposal. Free parking is in front of the building. It takes you only 5 minutes on foot to access the waterfront and dive in. There are also various authentic restaurants and a shop within walking distance.

Sunshine

The apartment is 150 meters from the beach and 15 minutes walking to the Old town, witch is under UNESCO protection. The apartment is very comfortable with equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and private parking place. Market, bakeries, fast-foods are located nearby and taxi/bus station, too. Hospital and pharmacy are 50 meters from the house. Airports distance: Tivat 5km, Podgorica 40km and Cilipi (Croatia) 42km. The place is very quite. Apartment has big terrace with beautiful sea view.

Luxury penthouse sea view & jacuzzi on terrace

Spend your stay in all luxury in our penthouse. Beautiful sea and city view, a huge terrace with jacuzzi, sunbeds and a seating area. Prepare dinner on the gas bbq. Perfect for groups and families as we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A seating area where you can pull out the sofa as an extra bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and free WiFi in the whole apartment. In front of the building, you have free parking.

This compact yet cozy and fully equipped studio is suitable for up to 3 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils. Proximity of the sea is the best thing about the place. Just step out of the apartment and you will find yourself at the beach. WiFi and private parking are free of charge. Welcome! :)

This is beautiful apartment with the big delightful private balcony. Apartment is located in a very quiet part of the city, surronded by the green and just 170m FROM THE BEACH and all activites. There is sandy beach with lots of bars and restaurants!
