Our 1 bedroom apartment has 38 m2. It is very comfortable for couples or families with up to 3. It has 1 king size bed and 1 bed sofa. It has perfectly equipped kitchen and lovely living room with 6 places dining table and one home office desk. There are 2 air conditioners. Bathroom has both washing and drying machine. There is a terrace with 2 seats and 1 sofa and 3 deck chairs. It has the outdoor swimming pool with pool shower. It is perfectly situated nearby Kotor Old Town - just 8 min walk.

St. Francis accomodation in Kotor Old Town

This authentic duplex apartment located in the heart of Kotor Old Town, 2 min. walk from the South Gate entrance (Gurdić) is a perfect venue for exploring and feel the vibe and life of the Old Town and the fortress. Suitable for couples or friends offers the opportunity to accommodate one extra guest on the sofa bed. The advantage is also of being close to the market, supermarket, bus stop and main bus station, rent a car/scooters/bicycles, bars and restaurants.

Old Town View - Sunny & Bright -Quiet area

Bright and cosy, elegant 1 bedroom apartment with fully-equipped kitchenette. Very strong Wi-Fi( 74.35Mbps) Perfect for digital nomads. Located on the first floor of totally renovated stone house, just outside City Walls of Kotor Old Town. A/C, equipped kitchen,washing machine, dishwasher, baby cot.. Very central, and only few seconds away from Old Town and few minutes from Shopping Mall and the beach.

Apartments Nancy- studio 3 near the old town

The apartment is situated in the quiet place of Golden Fields.It is located 200 m from public beach and 300 m from the Old Town of Kotor.It has a one bedroom and modern restroom.There is a beautiful backyard above the apartment with a full BBQ equipment. A restaurant and a shopping centre ,,Kamelija'' are both 250 m from the ''Apartment Nancy''.It has a private parking space .

Beatiful 45 m2 Alex Apartmant

This beautiful 45 m2 apartment has just been renovated to an high standard, four stars, half stoned walls , 400 meters from Old Town Kotor, 100 meters from the sea, private parking space in front of apartment. Transfer from airport Tivat to my apartmant in Kotor and back is free, Bicyclists have a free bicycle garage.
