Amazing location in the heart of Nice! Right in the centre of town close to lots of restaurants, cafes and public transport! The room was small, but had everything needed! The bed was a loft style bed but super comfy! One thing to note - there are over 80 steps to get to the room, so if you have big suitcases or struggle with stairs I wouldn’t recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It has an artistry flare, and a great way to soak up the city. The kitchen was great for cooking, and our toddler loved all of the children toys and books. I’d you do bring a child you will need to monitor them in the loft area to ensure they do not climb over the edge. However felt very safe is monitoring your baby. Could not recommend this place enough! Great location as well!!

Excelente lugar , cerca del puerto lleno de super yates y un paseo largo para caminar , tranvía cerca autobuses y bicicletas que son una buena opción para ir a la zona de la playa por el paseo, el estudio muy bonito y en buenas condiciones!

Encore une super semaine avec les enfants. Je le dis à chaque fois que nous pouvons revenir c’est l’endroit idéal. Impossible d’être déçu. Tout est là : le calme, l’animation, la proximité avec tout. L’appartement est parfait et et Cathy et Alain sont tout simplement plus que parfaits. Allez-y c’est l’adresse qu’il vous faut !!!!!

Die stylisch eingerichtete und autentische Unterkunft von Kirsten hat uns super gefallen. Wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub in vollen Zügen geniessen. Das Grundstück ist genial gelegen. Ob zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto, man erreicht alles Nötige und Schöne schnell. Die Insidertipps von Kirsten waren sehr hilfreich. Kirsten war super herzlich, wir fühlten uns als ihre Gäste sehr willkommen und wenn wir sie brauchten war sie immer für uns da. Gerne empfehlen wir Kirsten und ihr paradiesisches Anwesen weiter. Danke für alles!

I had an amazing stay at Anthony's in the heart of Nice! The location could not be better – it's right in the center, with everything you could need just steps away. From trendy cafes and local shops to the beautiful Promenade des Anglais and beach, everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring Nice incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into the decor, with lovely touches that made it feel like a home away from home.

Warm showers with a comfortable bed. In the centre of the old town, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and around 10 mins walk from the station. Walkable distance to the beach as well. The upstairs can be a bit tight if you are over 6ft and you have to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Otherwise it was a lovely stay!

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and wish to come back again.

Lovely little flat for 1 or 2 people for a few days in Nice. Super close to Nice Ville train station and only 10-15 minutes to Nice old town/beaches. Made day trips to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, and smaller villages very easy.

Een prachtig verblijf met een fantastisch uitzicht! Ildy was ontzettend behulpzaam, reageerde heel snel op berichten en ontzettend flexibel. Dank voor de mooie tijd in Monaco. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden en zal zelf ook terugkomen volgend jaar.

Logement au top !!!!!! Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Heather. Dès que nous avons une question, la réponse est immédiate. L’appartement est superbe, la literie est impeccable et très confortable, mieux que dans un hôtel ! Très bien équipé et très propre. Il est très bien situé. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Great place to stay for younger people in Nice. The in unit hot tub is amazing and the best perk! The unit is close to the tram station which can get you to the train station or airport easily. The area is tourist friendly and English is widely spoken. As a warning, the unit is on the 5th or 6th floor and there is no elevator and the bed is in a tiny lofted space that only has a few feet above the bed. If you are older or not able to maneuver in tight spaces, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the local church tower and the water. We couldn’t spend enough time on the patio! The location is perfect, because you don’t have to wheel your luggage up and down the steps in the pedestrian zones, but you are so close to all the restaurants and charm of old town VSM

Hi, this was a well size apartment with great space with 2 large living rooms in the apartment. As mentioned in the ad the celing heights are a bit low in the mezzaine level but exactly as described in the advert. Especially good to have 3 bathrooms in a apartment. locaiton is excellent and close walk to all amenties and restaurants/shops right on your door step.

Gîte grand et spacieux, dans une rue très calme offrant un super panorama de la terrasse. Idéal famille ou groupe se connaissant un peu car l'agencement est similaire à une auberge de jeunesse ou un dortoir de refuge. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons volontiers.
