Onze vakantiewoning is geschikt voor max. 4 volwassenen, het stapelbed is enkel voor kinderen. S.v.p. niet boeken met meer dan 4 volwassenen. De vakantiewoning ligt op een kleinschalig rustig vakantiepark, dit park ligt aan een groot zwemmeer met veel wandel- en fietsroutes. Het is een rustig parkje, waar mensen dus ook voor hun rust komen en niet om te feesten. De woning heeft een grote tuin met volledige privacy, met een vuurplaats en een pizza-oven. Kortom een perfecte plek om te genieten!

De keuken is voorzien van 6 pitsgasfornuis, een grote oven, koel- en vrieskast, vaatwasser en div apparatuur. Het designbed staat in de woonkamer. Op uw prive-terras bevindt zich de buitendouche. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Das Häuschen ist umgeben von viel Natur und einem wunderschönen See mit Trauerweiden. Das A-Frame Haus bietet viel Privacy mit 2 Hektar Garten. Das Haus am See verfügt über ein helles Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer. Unsere zwei schottischen Hochlandrinder stehen hinter unserem Häuschen und sind ein richtiges Highlight. Außerdem gibt es viele Vögel, Igel und Hasen im Garten. Auf der Terrasse steht Ihnen ein Bbq zur Verfügung excl. Gasflasche.

NEW🌟Guesthouse ‘ Het Koetshuis’ met zwemvijver

Sinds augustus 2021 is ons koetshuis omgebouwd tot Guesthouse! Het hosten van het eerste Guesthouse beviel zo goed dat we besloten er een tweede bij te zetten. Het huis staat vrij op ons terrein van 4,5 hectare. Het uitzicht is prachtig en kijkt uit op de weide. Het perceel heeft een grote zwemvijver met strand, een boomgaard met bloementuin, een veld met speeltoestellen en een weiland. Dit alles toegankelijk voor onze gasten. * Onze tuin is ook te boeken als shootlocatie

Geniet van het platteland in de mooie IJssel vallei! Gelegen tussen Zutphen en Deventer, biedt onze omgeving vele mooie fiets- en wandelroutes. Bij ons verblijf je in een eigen sfeervol appartement met een ruim terras, een grote tuin en uitzicht op een klein water met de daarnaast nestelende ooievaars. Ons gastenverblijf is te huur voor minimaal 3 nachten. Verplichte bijkomende kosten: Toeristenbelasting 1,50 pp/pn ter plekke af te rekenen.
