Owner is friendly and place is very clean. Easy parking and quick 30-45min drive to various nice beach in the northeastern coast . Nice area in countryside. Great breakfast place 3 min walk, Spar market and 3 pizza place within 15min walk. The only downside is ocean view on the listing is from owner occupied unit upstairs. Other than that, everything is great. I would recommend.

Danke für eine schöne Woche. Wir haben mit dem Auto tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht und schöne Stunden am Strand direkt hinter der Düne verbracht. Trotz Nebensaison hat das Animationsteam des nebenan liegenden Hptels jeden Abend alles gegeben und wer mochte, konnte bis 3 Uhr Nachts unter den Sternen tanzen. Die Wohnung ist superpraktisch und hattest alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Unser Tipp: abends zum Sonnenuntergang ins Calypso und morgens ein frisches Croissant in der Bar. 😉

Very good accomodation which exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for summer holidays. Room was clean and cosy. Host Daniel was very nice and helping. Breakfast was tasty. We recommend this place!

Beautiful place, the location is central but it is so peaceful and calm - great atmosphere. The host went above and beyond to make my stay there perfect, he was so helpful with letting me leave bags pre and post checkout and helping me with the buses. I highly recommend Nuova, it is my favourite place in Olbia and I will definitely return. The pool and pool area are lovely, so clean and quiet. Davide a été très accueillant. Le logement propose des équipements très appréciables : sac de plage (avec serviette et crème solaire !) et parapluie en cas de mauvais temps ! Petites attentions supplémentaires avec des boissons gratuites dans le frigo. Très bien situé à deux min du centre. Nous y avons passé deux très belles journées à découvrir l’archipel en octobre. On recommande chaudement ce logement très propre et très beau, avec une terrasse charmante.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Olbia! Die Lage der Wohnung ist so zentral und perfekt wenn man mitten im Geschehen sein möchte. Die süße Dachterrasse ist perfekt um im einen schönen Tag zu starten. Generell war alles schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
