We allow a capacity of 8 only. This is a strict no smoking which includes vaping property. No unauthorized guests.

It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
