We have a gated entrance and a 1/2 mile hiking trail on property. Hosts live on front corner of the property. Destin, Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach, & Navarre are each only a 40-45 mins drive and several river accesses are < than 10 mins away, with a couple of creeks <2 miles away. A grocery store is 3 miles away.
