Great place for a family vacation! Our kids loved the pools and easy beach access, and already asked if we can come back for spring break next year. :) We also appreciated the host's responsiveness and help when we had questions. Would definitely recommend!

Jamie at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our girls trip! The only thing was the Jacuzzi could use a good clean. There's some suspicious black buildup around the edges that needs scrubbed. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

The stay was excellent!! We are already looking at the calendar to plan when we will return. The place looks exactly like the photos. The location is great, and access to the beach is only a few steps away. Absolutely loved this place!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place. We felt very comfortable, nice calm beachy vibe with furniture and decor. Kitchen very well stocked and great to cook meals. Pantry space great too. Bathrooms spacious, bedrooms very comfortable and the walk in master bedroom closet was a wonderful surprise. This is the first place I stayed where there were numerous hangers in each closet which I personally love and appreciate! The views out to the gulf were stunning as the sun glistened so beautifully. The building amenities were great -we enjoyed the gym, BB, tennis and pickleball courts -all very nicely paved. Pool is spacious, heated and access to beach great. Destin keeps beach very clean, “singing”pristine white sand wonderful! Long Walks up and down beach felt very safe barefoot -super clean. There are a few planes that fly right by because nearby airport, but they are mostly smaller planes bc small airport. The sunsets are amazing over the water! Just gorgeous & wonderful!

Very peaceful place, my kids had a wonderful time there, not crowded at all, spring break was amazing here, will definitely come back next year!

Marisela’s place was super clean, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Very accommodating to requests and with local info. Beach was wonderful, and both pools were good though the closer smaller pool adjacent to workout room was our favorite. Stewby’s had THE best and most reasonable fresh seafood; the shrimp boil at the market side was exceptional.

Wendy was awesome super insightful and responded very fast. it was just me and my girlfriend and the place was perfect probably even a little too big for just us two. it’s located in building 2 which is close to the beach and there was also PLENTY of parking i have absolutely not one bad thing to say about this place

Roxana property is really lovely and having some Beach view from Balcony and one bedroom. She is very much organised and give us the best support during our stay. The beach access is very convenient and we love the stay.

we had a wonderful time. we chose this condo to have access to the beach and it did not fail only two-three minute walk from the condo. The pool was nice and warm its heated. we had three adults and three children with us and it had more than enough room. I would recommend making sure that you have any food or snacks or seasonings before you get there that way you don't have to go back out to get that stuff later on. overall I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area the price was perfect. in the beach has white sand in the water was beautiful.

Our stay was great! The view in the from and back was amazing, we got up to see the sun rise in the balcony and the sunset the place was clean and the decoration is excellent thanks for letting us use your place. If you are going to stay bring your own paper towels, shampoo, body wash, napkins dish soap, and things you may use if you want to cook. Other than that was a nice experience have a great stay you will enjoy it!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo! The condo was ready early, we were able to check in easily and hit the beach right away. Our 1.5 year old daughter loved the pools, she had a great time splashing around, and the easy beach access made it quick to transition from one spot to another! Comfy beds, nice whirlpool tub, and beautiful views. Will definitely stay here again!

Ulla’s place was perfect for our family of five! Everything was just like the pictures shown. The kitchen is well stocked with many appliances and plenty of dishes. She has beach chairs and a cooler to use. The chairs on the balcony were perfect and the drying rack was really useful. There are plenty of towels and linens. There was also a blow up matress and three portable fans which came in handy. We didnt see anyone coming or going or have to share the elevator, it was very peaceful. The pool was great and the beach was right there. There was laundry soap and dishwasher soap there to use and small hotel style samples to use in the shower. This place was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Ulla is so kind and caring. She reached out to check on us and was very easy to communicate with.

The bed was very comfortable, the beach view is beautiful, will definitely be back soon!

The house was stunning; the neighborhood was gorgeous. We had our private beach, and everything was a walk away. I felt very safe and right at home.

Tracy's home is immaculate. You'll have your own lovely bedroom and bathroom, with plenty of places to hang clothes. The home decor is lovely, featuring vintage quilts, vintage suitcases and vintage pottery. Todd and Tracy are very generous with guests, allowing use of their dock, foosball table, dining room table, plates, glasses and silverware. They directed us to an enjoyable bike ride on the Highway 30A bike trail. We enjoyed our conversations with them and learned that we have much in common. They enjoy people and it shows in their hosting.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful house! We will definitely be staying again in the future!! Cannot recommend it enough

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Clean and well stocked and conveniently located. We were minutes from restaurants, shopping and activities. This was the most well stocked kitchen in any place we have rented! I don't think there is anything you would need that was not in this kitchen not to mention it was nice and large. The decor was beautiful and made you feel right at home! The condo complex had everything you need. The pickleball courts were a big plus for our stay and pool was large and our sons thoroughly enjoyed it. The patio on the condo was perfect for watching the waves roll in while having coffee or eating a bite of lunch. The master bath was HUGE! We loved the oversized shower. Having a washer and dryer was so nice as we were able to keep up with our laundry easily. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Destin and we will be back! The host was quick to respond to very pleasant to work with. Thanks so much!

Absolutely stunning views with a quick walk to private beach. The condo was spotless upon arrival, very clean, & looks just like the photos—true home away from home ..convenient location close to restaurants, etc. Amy was very responsive, helpful throughout our stay, & a wonderful host! We would definitely stay here again!
