Thank you for a very nice stay close by the venue for a family wedding. The house also provided a great gathering space for family time with great accommodations who stayed with us.

The was the best Airbnb we have stayed at so far. This place was amazing! We were in awe at the home! The beds were also very comfortable. We didn’t want to get up haha. Ronin was very responsive. It was so much wonderful! We definitely want to stay here again whenever in town! Neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Everything is exactly as pictured.

I felt right at home here and would happily stay again! It was easy to find and close to town!

My stay at this location was definitely a 10 out of 10. Everything was wonderful, and the house was absolutely amazing. The responsiveness to any questions or needs we had was outstanding! Every response came within a minute. I would highly recommend this place!

This was such a lovely home. It was so close to the private beach (3min walk) and short 20min walk to the public beach which allows pups on the sand. There were a few delicious eateries with in walking distance as well. It was definitely a wonderful home. Thanks again y’all.

We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

A great location close to restaurants and Gulfarium. Beach is beautiful and a short walk on a nice new walkway with close bathroom

What a vacation! I really did enjoy my anniversary trip at Farah’s place it was clean, and neat looked just like photos. I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. It was 4 of us and we slept comfortable and peacefully. Farah was very responsive and attentive! Never waited on a response and check in was great. Thank you again! If I stay in Fort Walton, Florida again this would definitely be a go to.

We absolutely love staying at the Scott’s house. They were very attentive and when we needed help finding a beach they were so helpful with suggesting a kid friendly beach for my three-year-old. Everything looked exactly like the picture and felt exactly like home and their dog. Bella is the sweetest. The kids absolutely loved her. Please book to stay here!!!! We’ll come again.

We loved staying at this air bnb in Destin! The beach was a very close walk, as well as a close walk to a couple restaurants! The place itself was clean and modern, but also cozy! The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Beautiful views and directly across the street from a gorgeous private beach. Extremely clean and spacious. Pool and buildings a bit dated but we spent the whole time out and about anyway so didn’t matter at all. Well worth the cost

Cute, comfy and quaint! The place looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was just a few steps away in the backyard, the beach was just right across the street and there were great restaurants in the area. Our host Jonathan was very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, clean wash cloths and towels, cookware and utensils, even beach toys. The only complaint if I had to make one were the loud footsteps from the neighbors above us, other than that it was perfect for our mini vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Diane was super sweet, responsive, and gave easy to follow instructions. The condo was super clean, cozy, and right on the beach. I came for a tournament and would definitely use the space again!

Amazing place! Just like the pics. Beautiful views of the water and high enough to not hear much noise from the pool or street. The beach service was very convenient, and we had lots of beach toys in the closet to bring. The beach itself was pristine, white sand, clean, and emerald green waters that stays fairly shallow (waist) for quite a distance. Great for kids that want to play in decent waves while surfers ride in the distance. Lots of good options around but we had car to venture out a few miles for all the options. Parking was a breeze.

5 stars all the way for what we were looking for: a great location, on the beach with a beautiful view. I'm not sure there is another place that could deliver on the level this condo did for all those features. As a host, Dave was proactive on checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly and was ready to respond if we needed anything. Also appreciated the value and flexible cancellation policy. However, one caveat: there were few small things detracted slightly from our stay (but not enough to take away a star). Just some small things. We received additional "instructions" or chores that were not included in the listing. Dump the water from three dehumidifiers (which are loud, run constantly and blow out warm air) daily or the AC will shut down. Upon leaving, do the dishes, take out the trash, remove all linens and put them by the washer (all of which we did). $300 cleaning fee for?... Also, a request to "leave a 5 star review because anything less is a 'bad review'".

We had a great stay! The place was in a great location of everything and had many amenities we were able to use. It is also in a gated community which made us feel safe. Everything was as pictured and clean. Denes answered any questions we had, and let us check in early as requested. Will definitely be choosing to stay here every time we come to Destin! No complaints.
