Stay with us, be our guest! Newly remodeled beach studio condo, beautifully decorated, clean, & comfortable. Fully equipped to make your stay a wonderful experience. Ideal for small families/groups, couples, single and/or business travelers. The beachfront HOA offers several amenities. Beach is steps across the parking lot, approx a 1.5 min walk. Destin FL is approx a 15 min drive. 1st floor of Building 6 (regular charge for guests 12months old and older, no private bedroom, no beach view)

As soon as you enter our 3rd floor beachfront condo, you will leave all your cares behind and unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's. We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.
