The location along with the lazy river and heated pool with multiple hot tubs make this place the spot to be for a holiday. Peggy’s place feels inviting, clean, and like a home away from home. We want to make a trip back soon and look forward to a little R&R! Thanks Peggy!

Becky’s place was overall a great place. My family and I enjoyed everything about it. The rooms and space was bigger than the pictures which was a bonus.

Excellent location! Close to Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D’s and more. Condo was appointed well with kitchen items, games/books/movies, and pool/beach items. Bed was very comfortable and the laundry was right outside the door. Host was responsive and it’s a great spot for a family of 4!

Shelley was amazing and responsive. This place was a dream with plenty of space and things to do. The condo itself with the balcony and rooftop were amazing with relaxing views. There are several pools which the kids loved and made you feel even more like a tropical vacation as there were resort style. Beautiful beaches within walking distance as well. Shelley was fantastic and we look forward to returning in the future. A must stay for all!

The perfect beach house for our family for the week! we couldn't have asked for much better. The proximity to the ocean was great and the house was just as described. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Fun location for us and the kids. The 9 hole course was a good time and all the other amenities. Donna was awesome super responsive and very friendly. Thanks for the great stay.

Was an excellent stay,close to everything,we felt very comfortable, along with our pets,to tell the truth,we didnt want to leave! Steve was very courteous, and kind...would highly recommend the stay,very comfortable and affordable.

The house was great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. It is huge with plenty of space. Very clean. Right at the beach. Perfect location close to the bars and restaurants. If I reached out with a question John always responded right away. Would definitly rent this house again

Great location. Easy to find and access. The beach was closer than I had originally thought it was so that was nice. Everything worked well. It was exceptionally clean except for one pan that looked like a guest cooked spaghetti in it any then just put it back in the cabinet without even rinsing or cleaning it, but I'm sure that was hard to spot for the housekeepers. Overall we were very satisfied and would highly recommend.

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

My husband and I enjoyed our month long stay at Maravilla (March 2025). We had a condo (building 1) last year and chose the cottage this year….more privacy, less noise. We had several guests throughout the month and there was plenty of room/space for all. Beautiful kitchen for cooking our meals. Large table to accommodate our guests. Enjoyed time on the back patio as well. Easy walk to pool, pickleball courts and beach. Beach umbrellas and chairs, which are included, are great. Bernadette was quick to respond if we had any concerns or questions throughout our stay. Thank you Bernadette for renting your cottage to us. We’ll be back because we love this area of Florida.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.

Cindy was a great host. Due to a scheduling conflict, we were able to switch our week with the one before it and she was super kind about it. The place was exactly as described and super close to the beach. Close to a cute breakfast spot and ice cream spot for the kids. Would definitely stay at Cindy’s place again

We had a great time at this condo. The location is absolutely amazing and super close to a beautiful beach and fun bar and just a short drive from a ton of fun restaurants and shopping places. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We loved staying here, spent most of our time at the private beach within walking distance, but the location to the harbor was amazing. 5 minute drive down the road was some amazing restaurants.

This place was awesome! Close to everything and had plenty of space. Hosts were very quick to reply. Would highly recommend and will definitely book it again in the future when we go back.

The neighborhood was gorgeous, and the fitness center, very convenient, with a mix of machines and free weights. The house easily sleeps 13, including three in the kid's room, without even opening up the two sofa-beds in the living room. Our son is a professional chef and found the kitchen to be excellent and only lacking a cutting board and chef's knives, but he brought his own. For elderly or disabled, the elevator fee is a must, since it's three floors with the main living area on the second floor, and all the ceilings are 10-12 feet. We got our stair climbing quota for sure. The only downside, which can't be fixed, is the property backs up to a fairly busy road. You can't hear it from inside the house, but lounging by the pool, it was a little intrusive. The hedges helped, more thicker shrubbery would be better. I'm an author and use bi-annual week-long stays where I plan to write about to relax and recharge. We'll be booking Villa Destiny again. Overall, a solid five stars

Our time at this place was amazing. Nothing but great comments on this place and area! The private beach is literally a couple steps away. We will be back!!

It was a great experience right from the start, the staff at the gate are very friendly and welcoming, and Andrew had anything you could think to need right there in the condo… from the fan to the extra extra pillows to the wide selection of appliances it was a very comfortable stay for five. The kids loved it and I would definitely stay again, thanks for everything Andrew!
