Our property can accommodate a 2-axle boat trailer. Wake up in the morning and watch the dolphin jump off the dock, fish, go for a swim, paddleboard, kayak or just relax with a cup of coffee. This condo is 850 sq ft. It works well for a couple with up to two children. We do not recommend more than three adults staying at one time.
