"Hunter's Ridge" is one of 12 cabins my husband and I purchased in 1997. It is a small 3-room log cabin with a private, queen bedroom. The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Firewood on site, 20 minutes from Route 90, Buckeye Trail, Geauga and Lake County Parks, Lake Erie Beaches, wineries, Amish country, and historic Chardon Square.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.
