The apartment was right in the middle of town which was perfect. we easily found the parking spot designated to the suite and got in very easily. The hot tub was an awesome perk with an awning that came out overtop.

The space was exactly what we needed for a one night stay! Despite it being an apartment/duplex it was very quiet. The location was perfect and close to everywhere we needed to be and it felt comfortable to walk around to restaurants and such. We will definitely be checking if this spot is available next trip down to Lexington!

In the area for a few days of hiking. Kelley’s place was perfect for the location and amenities needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication and instructions were responsive and clear. I would stay again if in the area.

This was a great hub for our visit to our hometown. Jeanie was very responsive when I tried to reach out to her and she was super helpful with the questions that I had. I'm sure we will be returning to the area again since it is where our family resides, and I think this will be our regular homebase.

Historic Highland Square: Charming 2 bedroom Apt.

Charming apartment on a main street in an established neighborhood . The kitchen is well appointed; with just about anything needed. The living room has comfortable seating with cozy throws. Decor is tasteful and interesting, with photographs of local places and local history. There are books and games to keep yourself busy if needed. Closets are small, about what you’d expect in an older building. I had asked about hangers, because I generally hang everything up, and there were more than enough. It was quiet inside the building; although there were obviously other residents, we never heard them. The hosts are very responsive, any questions were answered quickly. A good value for the money.

We enjoyed this charming, convenient spot: it was right where we wanted to be. We could walk everywhere. The views from the windows were lovely—especially when it snowed! We would definitely love to come back again.

Only thing I would change is a tv in the bedroom would be appreciated other than that it was great. Clean and quiet and no issues. Loved that there was ice available and everything was as stated.

Lovely 3-Bedroom Apartment, Close to Everything.

I stayed at Jason's AirBnB for an extended period of time (4 months) when I moved down to Cincy for work. It could not have been a better experience. Jason is a world class host and has a beautiful home. Everything was super clean and very well managed. Tons of space, privacy, and all the amenities you could need. Jason is incredibly responsive, friendly, and even helped me get back into the unit once when I accidentally locked myself out... He's the best! The house is a few blocks from Factory 52 and Rookwood Commons with tons of places to eat/drink. It's also a short walk to Xavier's campus and downtown Oakley/Hyde Park. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

The Doctor's Inn, a newly renovated apartment.

The Dr’s Inn is a great place to stay. Lisa communicates extremely well and the Inn has all the amenities, even body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There are two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. There is negligible noise from the clinic upstairs, so don’t hesitate to rent this airbnb if you’re in the area. We love it and keep coming back when we come to visit relatives.

Stayed there for a week and we felt like home if only we could move the house everywhere we was going would of been perfect lol but we enjoyed our stay and Sam was very nice and friendly even changed our stay from a one bedroom to a two bedroom regards

Great place to stay! Very clean and close to many hospitals and the Air Force base. Loved the biweekly maid service- they sweep as well as change bed linens and towels.

The Secretariat Suite was absolutely perfect for our group of four! The location is great in Paris, and from there we ventured to Versallies, Lexington, and Berea. We would have eaten many more pastries from the Hopewell Bake Exchange if they had been open on Sunday or Monday, but we visited them before we left on Tuesday. I didn’t realize that the bedrooms didn’t have doors and that they are quasi connected. It may have been that I just missed that part of the description. It was NOT an issue for our group, but I imagine that set up might not be ideal for some. I just cannot say enough about how nice the space is. We loved spending evenings hanging out in the living room!

The apartment is beautiful inside! Everything from the furniture to flooring to bathroom is modern and is very well done. Convenient to Ohio University and will be recommending to other OU parents as a quiet place to stay.

The Lincoln Suites was a great stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and courteous. Restaurants, shops, and convenience stores were in walking distance. Charlie made it very simple for the check in and always answered questions promptly. I definitely recommend this stay if you are into cost efficient, clean, and spacious stays!

This was our third stay at Mary Ann's place, and we plan to keep returning. It's like a second home to us. As always, the space was super clean, welcoming and comfortable. We arrived at the perfect time to enjoy Fall foliage, and the tree across the road was brilliantly colored. We always enjoy walking to the nearby farm market and grabbing some delicious pizza at Park St Pizza. Mary Ann is always very responsive and kind. Thank you for opening your suite to us once again!

UIUC Two Bedroom Unit on Green St!

This location on Green Street is amazing. The apartment has a large living room and bathroom and also has spacious bedrooms with a lot of closet space. It also has a full size washer and dryer which was nice. Very nice apartment with large kitchen.

Our stay was wonderful! Elizabeth was so flexible with our schedule. The house was perfect and easy to access. Her dog loved playing with my dog! We had a blast!
