We loved our stay at the Uptown Retreat. The place was very comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, shops, and Keenland. David was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in Over-the-Rhine! The apartment was as described and very clean. The location was perfect - so close to all the great restaurants, shops, and entertainment OTR has to offer. We definitely enjoyed our visit!

This was our third stay at Troy’s apartment and hopefully wasn’t our last! The location works perfect for us and the accommodations meet our needs. Our mini schnauzer enjoys climbing the stairs and following us down the long hallway. Pictures posted in the ad are very accurate.

Very happy to find such a great place to stay in Beech Mountain! Everything was just what you want for a trip: clear directions, helpful area details, easy and efficient check-in and place was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Everything was excellent for the night we stayed. My Mom wanted to "steal" the pillow she used as she thought is was the "best pillow ever". Everything was clean, there was plenty of stocked items like towels, bottled water, small snacks...it was also a short jaunt to the best restaurants in Versailles and only 10 minutes from Keeneland. My only complaint was the stairs, although people with decent knees that didn't walk all day taking photos will have no issue. I found them to be steep, but my 69yo Mom had no issue navigating them! Parking out back is fine and felt quite safe.

If you’re planning to go to the slopes this is a perfect place. Host is responsive and nice!

Roger was great, BnB was great, all around nice place to stay! Quiet, Clean and private neigborhood, and we had no problems with road noise or neigbor noise. Every room was spotless and tidy, very much appreciated 👍 Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 Host

Stacia’s space was lovely and just what my partner and I were looking for during our weekend snowboarding getaway. I’ve stayed in a few different units at this particular complex, and Stacia’s is easily my favorite so far. The place is stocked with just about anything you could need, and the outdoor porch has a perfect view of the Beech Mountain slopes. Stacia was very kind and communicative, and I’m so grateful that she shared her home with us. Will definitely be on the lookout for this spot when planning future snowboarding trips!

Condo was very comfortable and spacious. Updates to an older unit made it feel really modern. The only FYI I would provide is that each room has a wall heater, which is nice to keep it cozy, but they can be a little loud compared to central heating. The pool/common area was well maintained, obviously older, but in good shape. We would definitely stay again. Host was really responsive to questions.

Great small space for my daughter and I visiting Beech Mountain for a ski race. Apt. was clean and cozy. The complex has lots of parking and great amenities.

This place was amazing. House on a hill with vistas 360. Ezekiel could not have been more thoughtful when preparing the house. Completely stacked kitchen and not with cheap stuff- it was all high quality. Beds, furniture bathrooms were expertly done. My family had a wonderful time and getting to know Ezekiel was blessing to us. Wonderful host who truly cares. Pro tip- you are out there- bring what you need. Nothing is close and its totally worth it.

Stayed here two years in a row for OU mom’s weekend! Perfect space for kids to hang in basement, while moms can sleep in bedrooms. Outdoor space looks so inviting, but it’s been too cold for us to enjoy it. If you’re looking for a place to host your daughter & her friends- this is it!! It’s not on campus, but that’s also what our girls wanted- to get away! Just a short drive to campus (15 min) though if needed!

Highly recommend! The house is absolutely amazing—modern, beautifully decorated, light, and airy, with plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and feel comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, and check-in was a breeze. Brittany and Taylor are incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming hosts who made sure we felt right at home. They've done a fantastic job ensuring the house is fully stocked with everything you might need. The kitchen, in particular, was a highlight—spacious and well-equipped, making cooking easy and enjoyable. The home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood—perfect if you want to be near Ohio State without being caught up in the campus hustle. It’s just a few minutes by car or a scenic 15–20 minute walk along the nearby bike path. We were in town for the Ohio State graduation, and this home made our stay comfortable, and truly memorable.

Highly recommend! Very cute , clean home . We loved the sauna and the hot tub , back yard is a great place to chill . Beds were comfortable, nicely decorated and kitchen was very well equipped- even provided ingredient’s for s’mores :) Nothing bad to say here - Great host , great house couldn’t ask for more .

My family and I stayed here to get ready for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect and stunning!! Definitely will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Although there were neighbors around, we never felt bothered. The location is perfect for for families that want to be tucked away, but still close to the city. The home is lovely and we appreciated all of the games and entertainment!
