Dog Friendly, 6 min Walk to Beach~Lost Sailor~

Lost Sailor is your home-away-from-home! Enjoy walks on the beach with your dog(s), drinks on the wrap-around deck to take in the sunsets over the sound, or hop over to the Dairy Queen across the street. Water recreation opportunities are plenty, via either a short walk to the beach or sound, at Salvo Day Use Area, or at Rodanthe Pier. Cruiser bikes, corn hole, beach floats, and a kayak are available for your enjoyment. Kitchen is fully equipped, too! Linens & towels included. Dogs only, please.

Tiny House on semi-oceanfront lot

Tiny House living...Can you do it? Come try it out in this 240 sq ft tiny house at the beach! The custom tiny house is just steps from the ocean on a semi-oceanfront lot. Enjoy the multi level outdoor deck with lush landscape or hang out upstairs with floor to ceiling windows and a perfect view of the Rodanthe Pier. The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

Sunrise Over Salvo Roberts Suite (pool, hot tub)

We named this two bed suite the Bruce Roberts and Cheryl Shelton-Roberts tribute suite. It has a large private bathroom, perfect for families. One sleeping area has a kingsize bed; the other has a full bed and toddler bed. The bathroom has two sinks, bathtub, and shower. In the afternoon, take your wine glass through the sliding glass door onto the porch that runs across the back of the house for views of the sunset over the sound. Or hop into the hot tub just outside the room! NO PETS PLEASE!

Stunning newly renovated main house. Fully stocked kitchen to make your meals at home. Walking distance to the beach and to the Avon harbor where you'll see the most stunning sunsets on the island! Upgrades: HVAC 2024 Living room fan 2023 Dining room chairs 2023 Kitchen sink and faucet 2023 Stay at our beach house and enjoy home cooking or walk to nearby restaurants. Aloha Too -3rd house from ocean-2 kings & bunk bed

This 3 BR/2 bath house, 3 back from the ocean was completely renovated in 2016 and is updated often. Enjoy the ocean and sound views from the deck or take the minute walk to enjoy the beach! The modern kitchen with custom countertops and a farm sink are ready for your culinary creations. This classic beach cottage has plenty of space for the whole family. This property is located on a semi-oceanfront lot & next door to our sister house Aloha & shares a side yard with Tiny Aloha.

New pool/Soundfrnt/0.3 Mi. to ocean/3 king/1 bunk

Welcome to your waterfront getaway at Hale Alahaka (Bridge House in Hawaiian). This 4 bedroom house was recently updated with new floors, furniture, induction stove, refrigerator, etc. The ocean access is only 0.3 miles down the driveway or 550 feet from the dedicated parking spot at the driveway entrance. It is pet friendly with its own sandy soundfront beach, large lawn & very few neighbors. There is a 6-person hot tub on the deck, tucked in the trees with sunset views.
