Colorful Beachhouse Is Only Steps to the Dune

Our 3-story oceanside house is in Rodanthe, NC & only 100 steps to the dune, CLOSER than many oceanside homes!!! Our 5 bedrm/3.5 bath home has colorful, beachy decor & is pet- friendly. The top floor living area & deck have amazing beach views & a 6-person hot tub! Located 30 min. to Nags Head or Cape Hatteras Lighthouse & 15 min. to Oregon Inlet & Bodie Island Lighthouse. Also has nearby restaurants, boutiques, water sports, & the Rodanthe Fishing Pier. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental.

Brand New Home in Frisco

Take it easy at this unique newly built getaway. Enjoy world class sunsets. You will feel as though you are high above the tree line in an elegant treehouse. This is one of the only locations on the East Coast that offers a rare "over the water" sunset. Watch the sun melt into the Pamlico Sound from the covered porch. Walk, bike or 4X4 to the beaches, just minutes away. Excellent fishing and boat rentals are very close. This location also has several wonderful restaurants to explore.

Welcome to Windwatch Cottage! A relaxed coastal vibe mixing old world cottage with a modern design touch. This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Sip your morning coffee with a breath-taking sunrise & experience the colorful sound sunset from the warm hot tub! Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

Artsy Original Island Home next to Nature Preserve

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey grandparent/ favorite auntie decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

Beachfront: Light and Waves atop the Dunes

Fall asleep to the surf in this newly updated, tastefully furnished home with stunning views on four sides. The open-plan top floor has a chef's kitchen, wrap-around deck, and working gas fireplace overlooking the sea. Main suite and a two-room bedroom open onto second floor deck; the bunk room can sleep five. The fourth bedroom with own bath is a floor below. Beach chairs and toys. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Great wifi. Access nearby pool in summer and tennis and Pickleball year-round.

Oceanfront 4 Bedroom Salvo Sandcastle * Hot Tub

Enjoy a perfect week at the beach in our oceanfront piece of paradise. We have unbeatable views of the Atlantic ocean from our expansive deck. We also have a covered deck for when you want to hear the ocean, but be in the shade. Relax in the sun, soak in the hot tub, and completely unwind. Come experience this one of a kind luxurious modern beach home just steps away from the ocean. This property has 3 unique bedrooms all furnished with king beds and 2.5 baths. Within the perimeter of the huge 2000 sq ft deck is a covered dinning area, 2 outdoor showers, luxurious soaking tub, jacuzzi, hanging hammock chairs, and outdoor bar overlooking the ocean. Enjoy a beverage out in the sun or deck below in the shade.
