Such a cute place, and perfect distance from everything around. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly! Beautiful view from the balcony and wonderful backyard spot. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking for a quaint and quiet place to stay!

Beautiful home - very clean, up to date, responsive host. We had a great time staying here. The pool was a community pool as listed. It was older but clean, however it was pretty busy. The lake access is a sandy “beach” area but there is a wall between the sand and the water. That was a bit disappointing. We ended up driving to Pentwater for a full beach day which was perfect. Overall it was a great vacation.

Very nice, spacious place. Big deck, bonfire pit, most essential kitchen items were provided to cook/grill. Pool was great, and conveniently accessible. We were very happy with our stay!

Super cute, cozy, centrally located cabin! Right down the street from the main downtown area, this is a prime location but still offers a good sense of privacy! The tiki bar is awesome and there are games and activities almost everywhere you look. There are two fire pits depending on your needs/interests. The furniture and décor really enhanced the cabin charm. The host is extremely attentive to any questions throughout the process, also provides campfire treats, recipes, and a complete personalized booklet providing local attractions/restaurants/etc if you aren’t familiar with the area. Definitely recommend and will be back!

This is the second year we've stayed here. The location is great, a bit out in the woods, and still close enough to the lakes, lighthouse and town. The house is great for a group of friends, plenty of cooking space, a nice big table, and the porch is great for hanging out. Kurtis is very helpful and responsive with details for booking, staying, and other information.

Amazing location, incredible home! A few things broken or not working in the home. A few lights, one of the toilets didn't flush, a shower door didn't fully close. Recommendations would be more bright lighting in the basement as well as a nice table to sit and play games at (for the adults while the kids are swimming). All in all, it was an amazing stay and definitely a place we'd come back to! Beautiful views out of every window. The library was a favorite! Great place for kids. Lots of areas for hide and seek and many places for activities. They loved the pool, hot tub, and "tree house" (as they called it..the top room with the winding staircase) the most! Also we lovvvved the dunes and walks on the beach! A true hidden gem of a location!

Our last taste of summer was absolutely perfect in the lake house on the shore of gorgeous Lake Michigan! The home was perfect! Well supplied! Very clean and it felt like home. We loved seeing the touch of the owners family photos. We had absolutely everything we needed and felt a kinship with the place by the time we left! Dan was helpful with questions and gave friendly responses, always very timely. We will look forward to going back in the future. We highly recommend this home and this location… just a short scenic drive to small towns with good food and local shops. Thanks Dan for making us feel at home and almost part of the family!!

Another beautiful stay here :) we loved preparing Christmas dinner in the gorgeous kitchen, and the kids had a blast with all the games and activities up in the rec room!

Suite 56 is a perfectly located and layed out space for a big family! We were in town for a family wedding and we're no more than 10 mins away from downtown, the Dunes, activities, and the golf course. Kaitlyn was proactive and always quick to respond with any questions we had (which were many)! It was great and we look forward to being back there again!

We loved this house! It met all of our expectations. Lots of living space inside and a beautiful outdoor space with hot tub and fire pit. All surrounded by the woods. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities provided made everything super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location right on the beach is unbeatable. Stairs lead you down to the most beautiful soft sandy beach that is private and secluded for just your family. We stopped feeling like we needed to visit other beaches in the area because we felt like we had the best one in our own backyard. The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked with essentials and lots of games and cards as well. The spiral staircase gave us a workout, but definitely doable if you can handle stairs. The area felt very safe. We would love to return!

There was plenty of room for our family of 16. The location was great, centrally located between Lake Michigan and the sand dunes. The only drawbacks, in our opinion, is the hand rail going upstairs needs to be reinforced (my 3 year old grandson was able to move it) and dishwasher does not work properly. The saucer swing for the children was a big hit. The kayaks and canoe created many hours of enjoyment for the family. We would recommend this Airbnb to the rest of our family and friends.

Overall, a great experience! The hosts were extremely responsive and provided all info in a timely manner. Conveniently located within ~15-30 min of many area attractions . The house was roomy and well-designed for a family hang out, with high quality amenities and tasteful finishes. The private beach was clean, quiet, and good for swimming. The township park is just North, so you do get some jet ski action, and public beach goers strolling along the beach sometimes. Read the captions on the Air BnB photos to get the full description of beach access – the stairs to the beach are not a bad climb but may limit how much you go back-and-forth to the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The lake view is limited by trees and neighbors, but on the deck or inside the house you can still see the lake (and the glow from the sunsets).The yard area is small, but you’ll spend all the time on the very cozy deck with the Solo stove anyway. Would visit again!

Sean’s place is lovely. It was immaculately clean and well stocked. Our group of 8 consisted of ages ranging from 7mos-68 years and everyone had a safe, comfortable, and fun experience. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of space to spread out within the home, and we enjoyed the screened-in porch. We had access to everything we needed/expected within the home and enjoyed cooking family meals together in the kitchen and dining space. The double tables were perfect for our group…plenty of room for everyone! Sean was very responsive and communicative. A great host and a wonderful stay. We would love to stay again in the future! We’ve stayed at 5 other homes in Pentwater over the years but Sean’s place is our definite favorite. It’s easy to walk/bike into town or to the beach, but you are tucked back enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The best of both worlds. Thanks for hosting us!

Exceptional deal! Tons of space, gorgeous house and location, just be mindful that there are a ton of stairs to get into the house. Highly, highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Jessica's place. Like we mentioned it was clean, the location worked out great for us we were able to entertain some of our family that stayed at different locations in town. We loved that there was one bedroom downstairs and then the 3 others were upstairs. The screened in porch was sooooo nice. There was everything we needed and more

This place was exactly as listed. The host was on top of responding to any questions. She left us a bottle of wine but we ended up not drinking, how nice though! The bar and the beach were awesome only thing bad was the weather, too cool to sit out there. There is plenty of parking for trailers if you’re going to the sand dunes. We are hoping to book it again in mid summer to utilize the beach and water! Great place to stay 100% recommended!

Grammy’s Place was a quaint off the road home which plenty of space for our crew of 10. The walk to the private beach was short and doable and your a short drive to anything rested to the dunes. Had most anything we needed. No real draw backs that come to mind. Would certainly consider staying again in the future.

Mark’s cottage was exactly as described. We loved our stay, the beach was breathtaking within just few steps away from cottage. Lovely area would highly recommend! Mark threw in extra perks and even let us change our booked stay. Thank you Mark for being accommodating!

Great beach. So well equipped. We only had to bring ourselves. House is beautiful. We had a really nice family vacation with kids and new grand baby . Will definitely be coming back !
