This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

Our family from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada stayed 6 nights in mid April 2025 at this wonderful Airbnb. Everything was perfect - the interior decor was tasteful and beautiful, the kitchen was super well equipped for our needs, the beds/sheets/comforters were wonderful and very comfortable, the bathrooms were well set up and clean and the location ultra handy for shopping. Noise was virtually non existent on the one-way street and street side parking was for us, always available near by. Kitchen wine fridge easily handled our bottles and cans well. The backyard Weber BBQ grill worked super well for us too. Highly recommend this AirbnB for other guests who appreciate a great place that delivers solid value. Hosts were super with their communication etc. Summary: One of the best AirbnB’s we have ever stayed at over the past 10 years or so. Go check it out!

We had a great stay at Kitty’s beach house, which is exactly as described. The beds are super comfortable, very clean & within walking distance to quite a few restaurants. I really enjoyed the massage chair in the living room too. Kitty is a kind & accommodating person who answered text messages very quickly. You cannot go wrong selecting this property for your beach stay.

Firstly, Roberto was an excellent host! Not only was he always the first to interact, but he truly wanted to make sure the stay was to mine and my Fiancée’s liking. The house itself, in short, was absolutely perfect (I didn’t want to leave it lmao). Joked a lot about pitching an offer and moving in! All in all this was an amazing first experience with Air B&B, and we will definitely make an excuse to stay here again

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Home away from home. Spotless. Huge kitchen. Michelle has everything ready for you. From coffee to clean towels. The beach is a block away and house is pet safe. House has every amenity. There are entertainment across the street for all ages. She accommodated us from an early check in to late check out. Looking forward to staying there again.

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

Such a great place to stay in a very convenient location! Looking forward to visiting NJ again!

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

We had 4 couples along with a single guest in this beautiful house and had more than enough space. The pools were clean and big enough to cool us down. The shared courtyard had several clean gas grills, tons of seating and fun outdoor games. Clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms along with 2 spacious decks made Bahama Breeze a house we all hope to visit every year! It is an easy walk to the beach & boardwalk with a lot of places nearby to grab a meal and/or drinks. Having an Acme within a 5 minute drive, cooking at the house was also a great option.

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

This house was amazing for a girls weekend! Checked every box - the hot tub was especially great. Alex was super responsive and helpful through the entire process. 10/10!!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. Donovan was a great host, very responsive. The house is simply fabulous. Bay setting gorgeous and complete with hot tub, pool and fire pit all of which we used. The bedrooms were very large and fully equipped with everything needed. There is nothing I would change about our stay. Donovan has a book in the house that tells you all about the house and the events/ restaurants etc. It’s an ideal party house with an outdoor kitchen and indoor second kitchen complete with ice maker, wine coolers and supplies. But we were there for the relaxation and it was perfect for that too! I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

The condo was very clean and updated. It was exactly as described/shown in the pictures with an amazing view. Location is in a nice quiet area and has the supermarket/restaurants right down the road. Roger was very responsive and the check in and out process was very easy with the instructions he provided. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying here again!

Max’s place is in a beautiful location! Close to the boardwalk and great views.

You are immersed in a neighborhood here, with a friendly and professional host living next door. Lots of local eateries rather than chains, and good proximity to Atlantic Highlands, Sandy Hook and Sea Bright. Reminds me of my childhood summers at the Jersey Shore. The place is small but clean and well thought-out from the guest point of view.

Jerry's place was clean and cozy. Everything was supplied as promised and it was a great quiet getaway from the city for a couple days. Great place to chill with my family and the dogs! Would recommend!

Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

Friendly/accommodating hosts, spacious for our group of 12 (3 kids). Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Area felt safe as well as the boardwalk. The basement ventilation sounds were occasionally noisy when sitting in the backyard. The house was nicely remodeled, 2 1/2 bathrooms, layout of bedrooms worked very well for our group of 12. The single beds were great for the younger kids. All in all we had a nice time here.

We met family friends for a peaceful, relaxing winter holiday at the beach with a total of 4 little kids. Brogan Cottage was magical. All the "usual" stuff was great (clean, comfortable, well-appointed).... but most remarkable was the HUGE range of amenities and supplies provided. I tried listing them and ran out of space - so just a FEW examples: Everything you need in the kitchen - we cooked dinners, breakfasts and sufganiyot for chanukah with ease. Tons of indoor toys & family games. Outdoor toys, balls, scooters and bikes in great condition. Pack n play, potty seat, and high chair. Butter, olive oil and cream cheese. Band aids and scissors. 4 kinds of laundry soap! So much more. You name it, we found it - ALL the conveniences of home in addition to big trampoline and short walk to the beach. This made vacation with kids so easy! Only minus was limited indoor dining space - best to eat big meals outside (great outdoor space) but on rainy days it could be tricky.

My family & I had the pleasure of staying in this cottage over Easter weekend. What a great decision! Aside from Audrie being super responsive to my emails and questions, when we arrived the cottage was exactly as described! The outside has a great relaxing space along with a bike and fire pit. The inside was cute & clean. The location was close to the shops and plenty of restaurants. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away.
