This newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment has everything needed for your beach getaway. The property is located a 5 minute walk from the boardwalk and beach and includes 2 adult beach badges with beach blanket and 2 beach towels. Downtown with plenty of restaurants and bars is only about a 10 minute walk. Feel like staying in? Our private roof deck is the perfect place to relax for a quiet dinner in.

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
