Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. Ivy Cottage is a former stable and is full of character. It has recently been fully refurbished but retains the charm of the countryside with ceiling beams and a beautiful brickwork wall. Thrussington is a beautiful village with a charming pub and a village store and tearoom. It’s popular with walkers and cyclists and the cottage is in a lovely quiet location.
