On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

The apartment is located in the eastern part of New Vinodolski, quiet and green, about 800 m from the center and 150 m from the sea. Situated on the second floor of the house, fully equipped, with a large balcony with a view of the slopes of Velebit, Senj chanell and the entire east coast of the island Krk.
