There's a market/shopping center with restaurants within walking distance, and 10 minutes from Downtown (lot of fun stores & Good Restaurants), Highway 101, and Shopping Center. Also 30 minutes to either San Francisco, the Wine Country, or the Ocean (Point Reyes, Inverness, Tomales Bay). House is very comfortable, cozy, fully equipped, very clean, nicely furnished, and can accommodate a family of 5, or one or two couples nicely.
