The Shore Shack

Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. The ISLAND provides an amazing and unique escape that is truly one of a kind. This remarkable location is located only minutes off the highway and is less than an 1.5hr drive from Halifax. Enjoy the day exploring the shores and endless ocean views on land or in one of the kayaks or canoes provided. Spend the evenings with your favorite drink (and people) around the bonfire. A 10 min walk through the woods is required to get from the parking lot to the cabin.

Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

These unique and thoughtful suites, each of the three units are outfitted with subtle nuances giving the spaces their own special feel. Visitors will enjoy designer micro-kitchens, fully stocked with amenities any food enthusiast would appreciate. A cozy wood stove for those chillier evenings. All units have a special secondary sleeping nest area accessible by ladder. A serene place to hide away and watch for shooting stars through the skylight windows.

Built in memory of my mom, this space is about slowing down and reconnecting. Wake to salt air, fall asleep to the sea, and experience the quiet beauty of coastal Nova Scotia.
