Awesome place to stay. It was very clean and in a perfect place to explore the city. Great restaurants right nearby but also close to train stops for easy access to other areas. TAIMS was always super responsive.

Would love to come back and stay at this listing again. Great location. The listing was exactly as advertised. And Steve was a wonderful host and always communicated well with us during the entire stay.

Very comfortable bed, we did not use the kitchen but it was very roomy. Jay immediately responded and gave us a new code when we couldn’t open the door. The WiFi needed to be reset but it did not affect us, since we were up and out early, and returned late. The parking permits were very comfortable convenient.

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

This rental was even better than the photos. Gorgeous condo. My kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, the indoor pool was awesome to have as one of our days was too cold and windy for beach or outdoor pool. We also enjoyed hanging out on the balconies. Location can’t be beat, right next to the Stray Dog. Jason was very kind and responsive when we had questions. We hope to return to this great spot!

I try to stay here every time I am in Chicago. The place is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the hosts are absolute angels. This past weekend they could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I had a weather-related travel snafu and first they let me leave late, then allowed me to stay another night, then let me keep my bags at their place while we explored the city after check-out before leaving for our nighttime flight. Letting us do all that would be more than enough but every time I contacted them they got back to me within 5 minutes at most which really took a load off my mind. They could not be better hosts.

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

WWWWOOOWWW!! This host team was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, and I’ve NEVER encountered a host that was so EXTREMELY accommodating, responsive, and kind! Other hosts should take a page out of their book! The only thing I would change, and it’s not a bad thing (just a matter of preference); I would have some type of blinds or drapes over the living room windows. This will allow for privacy when you’re sitting in the living/dining room areas at night with the lights on inside. Hands down, we would without a doubt book with this team again! This home was amazing. The photos are great but when I got to the home, I was wowed! Huge and cozy and it made me and my partner feel welcome and right at home. I tend to be anal with cleanliness and this home totally met my expectations...it still has that new home feeling. Lori was super responsive...she answered all of my questions and even allowed me to have a late checkout for my birthday. This was a wonderful staycation for me. Thank you so much Lori...I truly appreciate it! I definitely recommend this home to others to stay!

We had our mini wedding at this home and it was perfect for us! Everything was great and the host was very communicative and understanding.

Ami’s place in Manteno is like having your own little one story duplex to call home for however long you’re in need of a comfy comfy place to stay. I immediately felt at home, not only in her home but in all of my communications with both Ami and Steve. It’s apparent how important the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of their guests accommodations are. They were super helpful with local recommendations on more than one occasion. Very responsive and very friendly. Their little one story end unit on a small a cul-de-sac had every creature comfort and then some. And it’s within walking distance to downtown Manteno which is friendly and charming as well. Highly recommended!

Angela and Crispin’s home had everything we needed and more! It was cozy, clean, and made us feel right at home. As an added bonus, it’s just a short drive from the best beaches and downtown area. Angela and Crispin’s guides were also very helpful!

My family and I are originally from Benton Harbor so when we come into town we like to stay in airbnb's to accommodate us. Sara's place did just that! The house was very cute and homey. They did a great job with remodeling of home. My family loved that they thought of all the little touches a family might need when staying there. If you're coming to visit the beaches or the shops in St. Joe you are only a few mins away from all the action. We will definitely be back. Don't hesitate to book with them. We really appreciated the quick responses we received when we needed to ask questions.

Fantastic place in an awesome location. Very walkable part of town and a great spot to easily get to Wrigley Field. Found a number of great bars and restaurants in walking distance during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
