Canoes and bicycles are also provided for exploring your lovely natural surroundings. The interiors of Villa Chicca are modern and comfortable with touches of old world charm. Inside this child-friendly villa, you will find satellite television, a DVD player, a stereo system and Wi-Fi access. The kitchen includes a breakfast table and plenty of counter space. Elementi is a truly unique and magnificent contemporary property, which boasts a dramatic location in the triangle of Lake Como’s three branches, where it sits centrally between Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna. In 1922 the Cranchi family started its first boat yard in Griante where the family built boats for almost a century. In 2014 the yard went through a complete 3-year renovation to become a high-end luxury villa that was renamed Elementi. The typical characteristics of the industrial boatyard have been preserved and, combined with the incredible architectural design and stunning interiors, Elementi really is one of a kind on Lake Como. The undoubtable character and luxury of Elementi emanates both inside and out, and once one has arrived it really is difficult to leave. With its enviable position right on the lake shore with beautifully finished decking and private boat dock, guests will cherish the luxury of exploring and moving around by boat.
