We stayed for a few days and the place worked out great! The kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need to include various paper products. Plenty of towels and linens for our family of 6. The entire home was very clean and well maintained. Great communication with Mike, and he even checked in on us to make sure we got settled without issue. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel back to North Adams!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this house and in this area!! I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the fall!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were exactly as stated, comfortable, roomy, very clean and convenient to amenities. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and the beds were comfortable even for older adults and children. The surroundings were incredibly picturesque, beautiful yard for outdoor activities and lovely mountainous views. The host was very accommodating to our needs and for that we are very thankful. We would definitely stay again.

Such a great place to stay. The house was really well stocked with everything we could need. The river was beautiful and the area was very peaceful.

We didn’t spend much time in the home as we were in town to visit family for the holidays but the home was just as pictured and Carolyn and Evan were very friendly. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Carolyn was great about letting us know when someone was over to check on the furnace or to remind us to take care as there was freezing rain and the walkways were slick. But she and Evan were also over early in the mornings laying down salt to make the walkways less icy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean comfortable home with friendly, responsive hosts. I am from the area and the location is very central to other small towns as well as walkable to coffee shops and the downtown area. She even put up a Christmas tree for the holidays!

Rachel was super quick to respond which was very helpful for me when last minute planning. In addition, I was traveling solo with my dog and she (and her super seeet dog)was sooooo nice to hang out with him when I had to go to my jobsite. The bedrooms are all super cozy, it was hard to pick one for the two nights I was there solo. The bed was very comfortable and a great night sleep away from home is hard to find. Love the natural light and the plants throughout. Made me feel right at home. Would stay again next time I’m in town for work!

This place is a gem! The apartment has 2 private entrances, plus a parking spot that is visible from the apartment above. It is conveniently located near major stores, restaurants, and an EV charging station. My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights because we were attending a wedding in Tanglewood, just a few minutes away! The apartment was spotless, well stocked with linens, bathrobes, paper products, Keurig coffee pods, and the refrigerator even had chilled beverages! The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals. There is even a stackable washer/dryer with laundry pods. The 2 bedrooms are far away from each other to afford privacy. The beds are extremely comfortable with high-quality sheets and comforters, plus extra pillows and blankets in drawers and closets. Our Superhosts, Richard and Kathleen, were extremely responsive to our needs and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and stores. Our stay was 100% PERFECT!

My wife and I needed a place to stay due to a family emergency, and Donna was extremely responsive when we contacted her with questions about the home. I was very impressed with her communication throughout our stay. The house was perfect for what we needed and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. The location was perfect. The house is on a quiet street, there are sweet little chickens in the back yard, and the dog run for our 2 pups was fantastic. We were very lucky to find this dog friendly place. Donna even offered to walk or feed our dogs for us if we couldn't get back from the hospital/my relative's home in time. The beds are comfortable, but they are a little small. I believe one of the rooms has a twin and the other two rooms have full size (maybe double?) but it worked for our two nights. Donna left us a few farm fresh eggs, fresh flowers, and fresh baked cookies and we felt very comforted by all of that. Donna is an EXCELLENT host.

Location can’t be beat! This is our second stay in one of Susan’s apartments and the basic needs — linens, dishes, tea etc—are well provided for. She has artful taste which we really appreciated. They also contacted us when we left a shirt behind. They are upfront about the smoke in the stairwell , but the smell does seep into the back bedroom a bit. Also, we were there in April but the building heat was still running. It took us a while to realize that is why it was so stifling hot. We ended up using the AC units to make it comfortable enough to sleep.

Our stay was in the cold of winter and there was ample heating in the form of radiators spread about, extra blankets, and a very powerful space heater in the living room. The artwork, furniture and layout gave a comfortable and cozy feeling. I stayed with two friends and we cooked all our meals easily with what was provided in the kitchen as far as pots, pans and utensils. During our stay John was extremely responsive and accommodating over the air bnb messages. The house is older so outlets were oddly placed with only two prongs, most of the lights were hand pull to turn on and off, and the bedroom doors locked with a hook and latch. It all felt very clean and comfortable and we were very happy with our stay.

What a charming and peaceful home. It has everything you might need for comfort, cooking and relaxation including a well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and beautiful setting. It’s close to everything but feels private. I would book again if I were in the area.

To be honest, I booked this place because of the bathtub! And I was not disappointed. So nice to have a European-style deep bath. But the shower is outstanding too. I wanted to move in! Loved the open space, the high ceilings, the funky decor and I really enjoyed using the record player. It's been so long since I've lowered the needle onto an album. And what a treat to find so many records in the collection that I used to own. I can highly recommend this place - it's clean, comfortable, is well-appointed and conveniently located. I very much look forward to returning.

Super easy check-in (and out)! The host provided parking across the street, which was really helpful and convenient. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !

Ashley has a great place!! It was a fantastic place to visit with my friends and reminisce. Weirdly, this rental turns out to be the place my great grandparents lived and did business as my grandma grew up. I did not have any ghostly contact with my relatives in the apartment (I was kind of hoping and not hoping to see them 😂), but I still had such a meaningful time sitting in the spaces they did so many years ago. Ashley is an excellent host and I will come here again next time I “come home”. 😊

I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.

What a wonderful experience at Goran’s 2nd floor condo! Gorgeously appointed space. Beautiful views from the porch. A mile from bustling Northhampton and a great value, too. Goran was also very friendly, prompt, and responsive in his communication making the stay seamless.

We loved staying for the weekend at Katie’s place. We walked to great restaurants and Mass MOCA museum. So cozy and relaxing all around!

David’s place was just as described. Perfect for my one night stay for a wedding near by.
