Very well cared for property with small personal touches that made the stay even better. Everything was clean, kitchen had everything you needed to cook a nice family meal, including spices and cooking essentials. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Words cannot sufficiently describe how beautiful the place is. The house was very welcoming— spacious and naturally very well lit. The breathtaking view of the mountains and grounds with the pond was a big plus. Kimalie was friendly and was quick to answer our questions. The crystal clear instructions made us feel right at home . All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

Stacy’s place was exactly as described and presented in the photos. I immediately felt right at home. The backyard is lovely. The kitchen was great to use, and Stacy generously left snacks and treats for me and my dog. Definitely a lovely respite and offered the peace and quiet that I needed.

Had an awesome stay while visiting family for the week! Daryl made it very easy to choose the place. Everything was very detailed and just as described! The fireplace was very comforting during my chilly stay. Will definitely be booking the place again in the future!

Awesome property! Stayed here for a ski trip with friends, we had a great time and the house was a great size for all of us! Hot tub works great and the indoor fireplace was fun to use as well. Would absolutely stay again. Super polite and responsive hosts.

We stayed at Jonathan’s place with 3 families, 6 adults and 7 kids ranging in ages from 4-10. It couldn’t have fit our families more perfect. The room setup is amazing, especially when renting with kids. When having that many rooms it’s usually one in a basement which wasn’t the case! We skied all weekend at Jimny peak and it was a short 8 minute drive to the mountain. Very spacious with a cozy living space for the kids to play and a great bonus room downstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. They also supply lots of games, kids loved that. Thanks for a wonderful weekend will be renting again next ski season!

I chose to stay at Donna's a second stay because I appreciate the quiet neighborhood and very, clean comfortable home. Communication with Donna is easy and friendly.

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely apartment, everything perfect

This was our second stay at this getaway in North Adams, and it was every bit as enjoyable as our first. A very convenient walk into town, a unique property with a very spacious yard, and lovely trees and grounds. Definitely a favorite home base to explore western Mass.

I really enjoyed the space. It was clean, free of clutter and very cozy. The bed was comfortable and included a desk for workspace. It was quiet and had all the amenities you would need. I loved the gas fireplace and outdoor patio. I plan to return to the apartment in the future and highly recommend this location. Mary (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay!

My fiancé, son and I stayed here while we were looking at colleges. We absolutely fell in love with the place. The AirBnB is beautiful. The artwork and decor is modern and funky. It's got a wonderful, welcoming vibe. We loved using the record player and the album collection. It rained all weekend so it was fun to play video games and ping pong. When the rain let up we walked to the rail trail. We also walked to the corner market and other stores on Main St. Ginny is proactive, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay here. We plan on returning soon!

Marie’s place is great. Super quiet. My girlfriend and I stayed at her place for the long weekend, and the city was hit by a blizzard. We were afraid that we’d get trapped in. However, Marie and her husband were prompt with plowing the snow and ensuring that we felt comfortable. She’s a very responsive host and ensures that her guests feel just like home.
